Get online in no time with our Flight Pass

With 2 options available, we have something to suit both the casual browser and the business user.

Our new Flight Pass Light for just £4.99 will give you 40MB of data, ideal for those who want to chat to friends, update their social media or spend a little time browsing.

The Flight Pass Max for £14.99 includes 150MB of data, great for those who want to spend more time browsing and send emails with attachments.

It covers the duration of the flight, for any device. Mastercard, Visa, Amex, JBC, Discovery, Diners Club and Paypal are accepted.

Just enable the WiFi on your device when the crew lets you know that it's safe to do so (make sure data is disabled). Then follow the instructions on your browser screen to get started. Further details can be found in our Vera magazine in your seatback pocket.

WiFi is available on all our 787 aircraft, and will roll out to the rest of our fleet during 2017.

The charges are almost the same as they would be if you were roaming from another country. Plus, the calls and texts will be added to your mobile bill after you’ve flown, simple. As long as your phone is activated for international roaming, you can use it to text, email, get online and make calls.

Best thing is, there isn’t any risk to the aircraft. This new technology means your phone connects to our network using its lowest settings. This takes away the problem of lots of different phones interfering with our onboard electronics.
