Checklist - please ensure the following

  • All documents sent must match the name on your Flying Club membership card. 
  • Please ensure your activity falls within the 6 month claim period, except Virgin Trains which are within 3 months. 
  • All of the above must be the original documentation to process your mileage claim. 
  • We recommend you send your documentation recorded delivery to the below address, to avoid any delays.
