We have moved
As of 25 January 2017, all Virgin Atlantic departures and arrivals have now moved from the South Terminal to our fabulous new home in London Gatwick's North Terminal. This move is part of Gatwick’s redevelopment plans.
You’ll still get our superb check-in service, just delivered in a glamorously fitted out new area, and our designers have really gone to town creating a swish new Clubhouse and V-room so you can indulge yourself before your flight. We’re really excited about our new Gatwick ‘home’ and look forward to welcoming you there in 2017 and beyond.
As most of our flights from Gatwick will leave the North Terminal early in the morning, we offer twilight check in and bag drop, so you'll be able to avoid the airport queues and check in any luggage the night before.
Introducing 'kiss&fly' drop off at Gatwick
We’ll have a number of free ‘kiss&fly’ spaces at the North Terminal for people dropping off customers travelling with Virgin Atlantic. After you've checked in online, you’ll be able to pre-register your car details so the car park system will give you access. Registered customers will be able to park anywhere on Level 5 of Car Park 5 (this is the same level as the check-in concourse) free for one hour.

Upper Class transfers
Arrive in style at Gatwick Airport with our Upper Class chauffeur service.
We can take you to and from the airport at both ends of your flight. There’s room for three passengers, each with a large suitcase.
