Miles can only be claimed once travel has been completed, for up to six months after the travel date (three months for Virgin Trains). It can take up to 48 hours for the claim to be checked and the details to be visible on your activity. No claim will be accepted for future travel.
We can only add miles to the Flying Club account of the passenger who has flown.
The name on your ticket must match the name on your Flying Club Account
