Earning points:
Points for these bookings will be credited according to the operating carrier, not the marketing carrier.
Codeshare services that are marketed by Delta Airlines and operated by Air France/KLM also earn points. The points will be credited as per the operating carrier.
Points may only be earned on flights operated by Air France, KLM, Joon, Hop and KLM Cityhopper. Points earned retrospectively can only be claimed for up to 6 months after the date of travel. Points will be issued to Flying Club members when travelling in the qualifying international classes listed.
Tiers points will only apply if a flight qualifies for points.
If you're a member of one of our partner airlines' frequent flyer programmes, please note that you can only earn points in one scheme for any particular flight.
Additional points will not be earned for bookings that are subsequently upgraded to a higher class whereby an additional fare difference is paid.
When flying on Air France and booked in operating class A, X and O you will not be eligible to earn points.
Missing points
When claiming points please keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of points appear on your account. If the points do not show on your account within six weeks, please contact us to claim them back.

Spend points
Spend your points on our Air France reward flights. All miles shown in the tables below are for a one-way flight. If a journey requires a connecting flight or stopover to reach the destination, points are charged according to origin and destination. All prices are subject to taxes, fees and carrier imposed surcharges.
