Spend less, earn more
Use your points to spend less money on your next Virgin Atlantic flight. With as little as 3,000 points in your account you can reduce the cost of your flight and still earn points and tier points on the discounted journey you’ve taken. It’s time to make your adventures happen.
How does it work?
Log into your Flying Club account and when booking a flight, make sure you choose the option to ‘Pay with points plus money’. When your search results appear we’ll show you whether the fare is eligible for Points Plus Money. You can then decide how many points you want to put towards the flight (in multiples of 3,000) in a dropdown menu on your ‘flight summary’. The more points you use, the bigger the discount taken from the price of your flight.

How many points do I need?
You’ll need to have at least 3,000 points in your account* to use Points Plus Money. You can then use your points in multiples of 3,000. The more points you use, the bigger your discount meaning that dream destination could be closer than you think.
*If you have less than 3,000 points in your account, the dropdown menu won’t appear.

Points Plus Money is only available online and can only be used on Virgin Atlantic operated flights. Points Plus Money isn't currently available on mobile.

Want to treat someone?
You don’t have to be the one flying to benefit from our Points Plus Money discounts. You can also use your points towards somebody else's flight, or to reduce the cost of a family ticket.
