Following Hurricane Melissa, we’ve remained closely connected with our teams in Jamaica, resort partners, and local authorities to provide assistance to our customers.

We remain fully committed to Jamaica and our long-standing partnership with the island. While recovery efforts continue and infrastructure is restored, we’ve made the decision to cancel all holidays to Jamaica up to and including 07 December, and we’ll continue to review this on a rolling basis as we receive updates from the island.

Our Customer Service Team is proactively reaching out to all affected customers to discuss their options and help make alternative arrangements. If you’re due to travel and are contacted by our team, there’s no need to take any action we’ll be in touch directly to support you.
