Online Shopping:
1. Your standard mile earning will be credited to your Flying Club account within 45 days from purchase except travel and hotel bookings. Miles earned via hotel or travel bookings will be credited up to 60 days after you've completed your stay/booking. Please allow up to 50 days from date of purchase for any promotional miles to be credited to your account. If miles have not been credited within 45 days or 60 days after you’ve completed your travel/hotel booking, or 50 days for promotional miles, please fill out the missing miles claim form which can be accessed by clicking on 'My Shopping History' on the Online Shopping Shops Away homepage.
Instore shopping:
1. Flying Club miles will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on the instore offers shopping pages of the site after you have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) at the participating merchant (in line with the specific offer Terms & Conditions which will be displayed on the instore offers shopping pages).
2. It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Flying Club miles awarding with qualifying instore offers retailers.
3. No Flying Club miles will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.
4. We reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers and offers featured on the instore offers pages at any time.
5. If you register payment card(s) that have previously been registered on the site with another website for a similar purpose, this may exclude the same card collecting Flying Club miles.
General terms and conditions:
1. If we believe that any form of Misconduct has occurred we may not award or may remove any Flying Club miles from your account.
2. Members have up to 90 days to make a claim for missing miles. All claims are resolved by us at our sole discretion.
3. Flying Club miles are only awarded on purchases made online with third party retailers featured on the Flying Club Online Shopping Shops Away site or through the Shops Away Mile Finder.
4.Tier Points will not be awarded for any purchase.
5. UK Flying Club members earn miles on every GBP pound spent and US Flying Club members earn miles on every USD spent. Purchases need to be in local currencies.
6. In order to earn miles the shopping transaction need to be in the name of the Flying Club members.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any Flying Club miles awarded to you in respect of a purchase which you subsequently cancel (i.e. if you didn't pay for or later returned the goods and/or services for which the miles were awarded).
