Which terminal?

There is only one terminal at SeaTac, but all Virgin Atlantic flights depart from and arrive at Concourse S which is located in the South end of the terminal.

What time should I arrive at the airport?

Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen! We recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.

Online check in

The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and print your boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, you can print off your own boarding pass and we’ll see you at the gate.

You’ll find our desks in the South end of the terminal. Check in starts from four hours before departure and closes one hour before departure.

We don't have our own Clubhouse at SeaTac Airport, but our Upper Class customers and Flying Club Gold members may use one of two Delta Sky Club lounges, which can be found in Concourse A and Concourse S.

Onward travel

Rail: The SeaTac/Airport Station connects with the airport and operates from the 4th floor of the airport car park.

Sound Transit: Sound Transit Express Routes 560 and 574 operate from the main terminal bus stop on the lower drive.

Metro Bus: King County Metro Bus system and Sound Transit regional express buses provide services to and from the airport.

Bus: A bus service runs to downtown Vancouver through Quick Shuttle. It stops at Downtown Seattle, Bellingham Airport and Vancouver Airport.

Taxis: The Yellow Cab taxi company offers services from the 3rd floor of the airport car park.
