Let your travellers unwind from the day or continue working in the quiet and comfort of our Clubhouses. Fine dining, spa treatments and fantastic facilities. We’ve perfected the wait.

Exclusively available to Flying Co members, regardless of which cabin they’re flying, your travellers will be all set for a good trip with an invite to the following Clubhouses. You'll just need 10,000 miles per invite:

London Heathrow
London Gatwick
New York JFK
Newark
Boston
Washington DC
Los Angeles
San Francisco
Johannesburg

How to book

Call us 24 hours before travel to arrange Clubhouse access. The invitation will be added to your travellers’ booking.

A limit of 2 Clubhouse invitations per Flying Co account, per flight will be issued.

The passenger's flight booking reference must be quoted to redeem a Clubhouse invite.

Passenger's may only use the Clubhouse invite if they are a company traveller departing on a Virgin Atlantic flight.

One Clubhouse invite reward is required per traveller for each lounge visit.

The invite must be redeemed by the Flying Co administrator at least 24 hours before departure.

Reward Clubhouse Invitations are only available to Virgin Atlantic passengers travelling on all Virgin Atlantic routes, or Delta Air Lines transatlantic routes which form part of our Joint Venture. Tickets need to have been issued by Virgin Atlantic.
