“Another Delightful Stay at The Cullinan Hotel in Cape Town Central”

I have been a frequent visitor to this stunning hotel, with my first stay dating back some 25 years. While some of my visits have been for business travel, the majority have been personal trips—largely pleasure visits to Cape Town, our favourite city in South Africa. Over the years, The Cullinan has consistently maintained exceptionally high standards, with service levels that are often unmatched in the hospitality industry. The recent “facelift” has only enhanced the splendour and ambiance of this magnificent establishment. I would like to make special mention of Sonwabise and Kayle, who were managing reception and various other duties during our stay. They made us feel like royalty and as though we were returning home. In my humble opinion, AI will never replace the human touch—and these two ladies are a perfect example of why that is true. The hotel is also ideally positioned, offering convenient access to the Cape Town International Convention Centre, the V&A Waterfront, and the main arterial routes leading to the many wonderful tourism experiences in the area. In short, this was a definite five-star experience. Well done to the entire team.

Large but comfortable hotel well sited for local museums. Offers an hourly free shuttle service to the Victoria section ( a huge shopping centre packed with high end retailers). Decent sized rooms with AC/TV good shower and bathtub. Food and drink is very good value for a hotel in a large city when compared to the UK

Well situated with great services and facilities. Staff were attentive, helpful and always polite, nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle bus to the Waterfront was so convenient. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.
