We stated 4 nights and loved it. Good location with a free shuttle to the V&A waterfront. Buffet and bar were both nice with great service. Rooms were comfortable and big enough. Most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again

From the potter to the reception, concierge and the spa, the welcome was excellent. The spa was excellent as well. The room was divine - beddings, welcome wine and fruits, cleanliness was A1 too. Am definitely coming back

Wife and I stayed here 4 nights with our Globus tour group. Good location although we were cautioned on where to walk outside hotel and not to go out at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel! For free time we took free hotel shuttle to Victoria and Alfred (yes,Alfred) waterfront which is a giant mall with many restaurants. Nice place, very secure. Ate breakfast at hotel buffet, very good, had omelette station. Rest of meals were with tour or at V&A waterfront. Room was fine, some noise from street and queen bed was small but okay. Bottled water provided daily by hotel although they said tap water was drinkable. Good place to stay in Cape Town!
