The hotel

Such a beautiful hotel. The rooms were really clean and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a great location with easy tensport over to the waterfront. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really tasty. Pool was a bit small and cold but otherwise, an overall great experience.

A beautiful hotel. Excellent clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Meals were lovely. Good location. Was great that transport was offered to and from the V & A Waterfront. A special treat was the welcome neck and shoulder massage on arrival.

Friendly and helpful and organized staff members, always smiling and providing great service. Also an absolute beautiful hotel, a step above the rest. Immaculately clean rooms. Huge variety of breakfast. And breakfast was delicious. All round exceptional experience.

Mr. Edward very good supporting, thanks Edward. Other service not good. Room clean good, breakfast not enough. see you next time Cape Town. Price so many expensive and service not enough. Everything costs extra, even slippers. Even the water at dinner and breakfast is extra.
