We had a phenomenal stay at Harbour House Hotel in Hermanus, all the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They also arranged a fun filled excursion for myself and the kids. Everything was great! We will def be back.

We were staying at the harbour house hotel so we could attend my so sons wedding . The hotel is ideal situated right in the heart of hermanus with everything on the door . The views from the pool and look out terrace are fantastic .
There is very good underground parking
The rooms are very large and the sea view rooms are fantastic but you need to be on the second or third floor .
The breakfast was very good also and all the Staff were very friendly and accommodating .
My only issue is that my partner was recovering from a broken leg and the hotel is not very disability friendly . Although there is direct access to the lift from the parking area . If you go from reception you have to go up 8 steps then down 7 steps to get to the lift .
The bathroom is very good but again not got if you have walking problems the showers are very slippery and there is no hand rail in them they also need anti slip mats this could easily be rectified .
We loved the hotel and it’s position except the issues I pointed out
