“Excellent stopover hotel at JNB airport”

Excellent stopover hotel at JNB AIRPORT. Les than few minutes walk from airport arrival to the shuttle pick up point. The shuttle arrived within few minutes to take me to the hotel. Reception was good by Ms. Koketso got me a room upgrade and late checkout for being Titanium Elite. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I also enjoyed the happy hour at the bar from 6:30pm-7:30pm on tap beer and wine buy one get one free.

“Give this hotel a miss”

This is Not a 4 star hotel. Whilst it was an ok building, the room was badly laid out, the shower was curtained off the bedroom and fan did not work. Shower was a dribble. Worst of all the restaurant and bar staff were just not interested. The buffet dinner and breakfast was the poorest food of our 2 week trip. Very disappointed.

“1-Night Pre Safari Stay”

We stayed one night, pre-safari, as repeat guests (last visit 2022 and the hotel has since been positively updated). The hotel's complimentary shuttle ran every 30-minutes and was convenient. With Marriott Ambassador Status and Suite Rewards we were upgraded to the 1-bedroom suite. We enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet the following morning before we shuttled back to the airport for onward flight to Kruger National Park.
