“Excellent amenities but slow service at the restaurant”

The service at the hotel (welcome, amenities, shuttle) are excellent. However, I don’t know if I can say the same about the restaurant. Service was super sloooow. Not coming back to eat there.

“Good airport hotel but no breakfast for platinum”

Overall, this is a very solid airport hotel and I would still recommend it, especially for transit stays. The airport shuttle runs smoothly, check-in is generally straightforward, and the rooms are excellent for sleep — proper total blackout, quiet, and exactly what you need after a long overnight flight with little or no rest. My only disappointment was around how my booking was handled. I had booked using points and arrived at 7:30am on the morning following the booking, expecting (as a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy member) to be able to rest for a few hours, have breakfast, and ideally a later checkout. Unfortunately, the hotel had already cancelled my reservation as a no-show, even though I arrived within the same stay window. I was asked to rebook, which was fine, but then told that breakfast would only apply the following day, not the day of arrival. As someone who only needed the room for a few daytime hours, this was frustrating — especially given my status and the context of arriving straight off a long-haul flight. I felt there was an opportunity for a more flexible, guest-centric solution here. That said, taken on balance, this remains a reliable, comfortable airport hotel with excellent sleep quality and efficient logistics. Just be very clear on arrival timing if you’re booking with points or arriving early in the morning. Would stay again — but with clearer expectations next time.
