189 rooms on 4 floors in 1 building. All newly renovated with cable TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Breakfast option: Breakfast is available at a supplement.

Superior Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Corner Loft Jacuzzi Suites are set across 2 levels, with 1 king-size bed set within an open loft space, a living room with gas fireplace and a two person whirlpool tub with spectacular mountain views. Sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Complimentary heated underground parking. Complimentary Banff Local Roam bus pass. Ski Bus* stops at the hotel for various destinations.

Pros Nice and clean room. Free car park in the basement. Within walking distance to the downtown area. Cons There was no wi-fi reception in the rooms and was intermittent in the lobby. They have coffee making facilities in the room. However a cup of coffee costs around $6 and it would have been easy to have a coffee machine.

Nice hotel with check in desk for the Rocky Mountaineer train in the foyer. Room was good sized. Nice restaurant/ bar. Big plus they gave us free bus tickets so we could easily get downtown.

Good location, rooms are fine and the hotel is nice, however on the first two nights staying at this hotel the bar closed at around 10pm despite there being a reported happy hour between 9-11pm. There is absolutely nowhere to get a drink in the area. As one of 5 hotels in Canada on this holiday this was by far the worst for customer service. … Read more

Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and in a good location. Internal restaurant very good food. I'd had my phone and credit card stolen just before I arrived - staff were so helpful and supportive, let me access a computer and I could call internationally from room. All hotel staff very helpful and it was useful being able to check in here for Rocky Mountaineer too. Ideal hotel for staying in Banff and touring around local area. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel reception area is lovely as were the reception staff, very helpful. Upon check in we were given complimentary tickets for the Roam bus which was handy as we had tickets booked for the Banff Gondola and this bus took us from the bus stop right outside the hotel straight there. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel reception area is lovely as were the reception staff, very helpful. Upon check in we were given complimentary tickets for the Roam bus which was handy as we had tickets booked for the Banff Gondola and this bus took us from the bus stop right outside the hotel straight there. The room was a bit dated but was still comfortable. There was no air con & it was quite warm but we could open a window which let air in. It is a 10-15 min flat walk into town. If going to Banff again we would not hesitate to stay here. Read less
