On Banff Avenue, a 10-minute walk from Downtown Banff. Transfer time from Calgary Airport: 1 hour 30 minutes.

189 rooms on 4 floors in 1 building. All newly renovated with cable TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Breakfast option: Breakfast is available at a supplement.

Superior Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Corner Loft Jacuzzi Suites are set across 2 levels, with 1 king-size bed set within an open loft space, a living room with gas fireplace and a two person whirlpool tub with spectacular mountain views. Sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Complimentary heated underground parking. Complimentary Banff Local Roam bus pass. Ski Bus* stops at the hotel for various destinations.

What they don't tell you is there is no A/C here. This deficiency applies to the entire hotel! An indifferent receptionist told me to go open a window if I was too hot. The TV was antiquated junk and didn't work. The staff couldn't care less. At a premium price like this, the place is a total joke. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

However one las shout out to the two ( British ) bar staff. You should not be in hospitality. Possibly the rudest and most ignorant hotel staff ever. Had stayed here before some years ago, staff & cleaning a lot better then. staff this time were not friendly, cleaning in rooms was not good. Shame could be good hotel of it was looked after a bit better. Restaurant very dark could do with being a bit lighter.

You are doing it wrong if you are spending time awake in a hotel in this beautiful place. Only here for a couple of days but Nice clean hotel, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants, free bus courtesy of the hotel Rooms are ok with very comfortable beds…everything you need… Check in very quick and easy special thanks to Maddie who was very informative and Max for booking our trip to the Banff Gondola.
