great base to explore the town and the snow been a number of times early stop on the ski bus and not to far to walk into town great staff and food took the breakfast option

We stayed at this hotel as part of a package tour. The hotel was wonderful. The location was great as well, being pretty close to the downtown area. Good variety. The staff seemed pretty friendly as well. The rooms were clean, but small, but we expected that.Our room was in a good location, a little tucked out of the way. It was quiet, even though it was located facing the main street. Bathrooms were clean and everything worked well. A nice treat at the hotel was a large hot pool and spa. We didn’t visit the spa, but we did use the pool. Pretty nice to have this there. Read less

This is a very old fashioned hotel a short walk from the town centre ( maybe 800m). Although old fashioned everything works perfectly, the staff are friendly and professional and it’s priced correctly. Although not my usual type of hotel I’d stay there again

Pros Nice and clean room. Free car park in the basement. Within walking distance to the downtown area. Cons There was no wi-fi reception in the rooms and was intermittent in the lobby. They have coffee making facilities in the room. However a cup of coffee costs around $6 and it would have been easy to have a coffee machine.

Nice hotel with check in desk for the Rocky Mountaineer train in the foyer. Room was good sized. Nice restaurant/ bar. Big plus they gave us free bus tickets so we could easily get downtown.
