“Highly recommend Brewster!”

We had the best time at Brewster! The location was ideal, right in the heart of Banff Downtown. The staff were super friendly and we were pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast that was included. While it was nothing super special, it did the job for us. The hotel rooms weren't too badly sized either, and the bathroom had lots of space for two girls to put all their toiletries. Unfortunately, there was a bit of noise outside on the first night that we could hear, and the construction sounded like it started rather early, too. They did, however, provide earplugs to accommodate this and the hotel was very clean. Overall, it was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again!

We were expecting a room with a mountain view, but instead got a very small room with an awkward layout, and a view of the other units across a very tiny courtyard (we had to draw the drapes to avoid being seen by others across the way). The TV was on a console situated by the bathroom door, far from the bed and small table (how are you supposed to watch TV??!). The safe was on a very high shelf in an open area by the front door, where an iron board, iron, hangers, and a portable heater was stored (did they forget to enclose it??). Also, Toilet was very low - if you didn't have strong quads you'd probably lose your balance and fall in - LOL! The room was fairly clean, and we were only staying one night, so it was ok The hotel has a nice lobby with a lodge vibe throughout, which is emphasized in their decor. A hot breakfast is complementary - you go down their indoor parking garage and cross to a double door to get to the 'breakfast nook'. Weird, but the breakfast was quite good! Staff was nice but unorganized - had a hiccup on the parking situation. If we hadn't inquired about our paid parking pass, we wouldn't have gotten one and probably gotten a parking violation notice! The 2 great things about this place is it's location (right in the center of Banff and shopping), and the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is accessible to all restaurants, shops and stores. The staff were all friendly and ver accommodating. The room we stayed was clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and stay in this hotel.
