Breathtaking scenery and surroundings, hotel staff very nice . Accommodations beautiful. The restaurants are amazing. Hordes of tourists around the lake with crazy people trying to get the perfect picture in dangerous circumstances.

We had a bad first day. The power went off in our wing of the hotel for over 4 hours. My husband was unwell and laid on the bed with no aircon. Then had dinner of duck in one of the main restaurants. Once again, the staff is what truly makes this an exceptional hotel. From the front desk, to the very patient concierge answering my questions, and the sweet cleaning staff, truly wonderful service. I also loved the evening fire with s’mores, and the young Australian man that set it up made it fun. Read less

Had a wonderful unforgettable stay! The staff was friendly, helpful and topnotch. We did the sound bath and afternoon tea. The food was delicious and even accommodated to my strict gluten dairy onion and peanut free diet in the Louiza, Lakeview and Fairview dining areas. We had a beautiful lake view room with 2 beds. Took a hike to the frozen waterfalls. The scenery of the snowcapped mountains was gorgeous and unforgettable. Lake Louise ski resort was only 10 min away by car. The hotel does offer shuttle service but we did not use it. We will be definitely coming back to stay here again in the future. Read less
