We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa. we had a great view from a 14th floor room. Although it only had one seat in the window which would have been better if at least 2 or a sofa to allow a couple to enjoy the view together. Staff were helpful when we had issues logging into wifi access. lovely views from hotel bar but we didnt have time to use this or restaurants but did go next door to TGIs and there were plenty options to be used. We like to walk and felt the Marriott was in a nice quiet location for couples - easy to walk to Clifton hills but away from the buzz. we loved our view and it was easy to get to the power station for a our evening tour and we used the incline railway to get up and down quickly - using a daily pass at $9pp which was good value for using a few times. Overall would highly recommend this hotel Read less

This hotel surely offers you the best view of the falls from your window. We came here for our Anniversary Celebrations. The morning of our Anniversary (it was also MOTHER’s Day) we Asked the “at your Service” staff about our entitlement of Breakfast and venue. We were told that if you ORDER HOT BREAKFAST - you will be charged $19.95. Once again, when we checked in at the restaurant- the staff, had a laminated sheet- she read out to us from- if you ORDER hot breakfast, you will be charged $19.95 per person, otherwise the Buffet is free for us. My husband is a Titanium member of Marriott- by virtue of spending almost half of his year spending his time in Marriotts. We went for our breakfast, took two toast, he took 1 Bagel (which we Toasted and hence it became HOT). I was turned off by the cold stale egg preparations. So took none. He took a slither of Scrambled egg and some stale square pieces of potatoes. In the same space, there was a Hot station, where people were ordering their Hot egg preparations. A chef was there. We Assumed that that’s what was what would cost us $19.95. We avoided that and went to our table with some fruit and a small box of milk. We came to our table and I requested the waiter to order Tea (HOT). It was close to 1045 am. So while delivering tea to us the waiter alerted us that buffet is closing shortly if we wanted any thing. We were happy with our toast and Bagel. Little did I know that the waiter was actually Scanning/ snooping on my husband’s plate to count the tiny bit of egg prep and very promptly came up to ask for signing the bills. My husband was being charged $19.95 for what he had put in his plate, with a bonafide understanding and lack of CLEAR instructions from the Hotel Staff. I simply could not understand how cunning way they were using the staff to first, giving confusing instructions, food was all mixed at the Buffet, and to have a separate Hit Station Manned by a Chef!! I requested the waiter to call the manager. Mr Patel showed up and repeated the same Hymn that because my husband took a Spoon full of egg which was totally cold and stale, he had to pay the fee. While I was just about to start my breakfast. I found this whole saga so demeaning and disgusting that I left the breakfast. Though we continued to stay in the hotel for two more nights. But we Never went to the place where we were humiliated and treated badly. Mr Patel, however canceled the charge. But surely, it left a very bitter taste in our mouths. On another note, hotel offers beautiful view of the falls, very beautiful. But that’s about it. Carpets are stale and old. Hotel needs to upgrade to be keeping up with the competitors. We needed Kettle and fan, they were provided very quickly. Thanks for that. But hotel needs to have their Buffet Policy Clear and beyond ambiguity to avoid further hurt feelings by your Elite Clients who give you continued business. Respect their loyalty to Marriott Bonvoy. Check in staff rude, rooms were dirty (found someone’s make up and tooth floss… used in my room and we have a 1 year old toddler crawling around!) Staff not willing to resolve the issue unless you are the top tier Marriot Bonvoy (we are not but we did pay $700 / night to stay here!)

Nothing is run smoothly and nicely, the front desk is understaffed, they seem to have no knowledge of the hotel,, there is only a Moryons to dine in, which is nice but costly, the lobby is like Grand Central Station , kids running sound, screaming etc, no decorum here, breakfast is way over priced and poorly served, and not run properly, we… Read more

All and all I would avoid this spot, Mortons was wonderful for dinner Read less
