BEWARE! BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS! Didn’t realize it the 1st night, then by second night all bites (over 25) showed up. Room 1101. Management just wanted me to share evidence that I caught on camera and then they moved us to a crappier room 621 with no view (which may be now contaminated since we moved there) and no compensation or additional… Read more

Over $2k for 3 nights and BonVoy member and this is how they treat their guests. I will spare you guys the gross photos of all the bites! Read less

We are loyal Marriott members and were given a nice upgrade to a jar Suite which had a beautiful view of the falls. The room was nice with separate coach area. The room was nice. We are loyal Marriott members and were given a nice upgrade to a jar Suite which had a beautiful view of the falls. The room was nice with separate coach area. The room was nice. My issue with this hotel is the need for refurbishment. It is not up to Marriott standards. We were excited to visit the outdoor jacuzzis that we saw on the website and out the window when we arrived. Well, we were disappointed to learn that it’s $60.00 pp to use it for a three hour time slot. The parking was $65.00 a day or $45.00 off site. Breakfast for elite members is usually free (everywhere we have traveled all over the world). Here you get a Continental breakfast but any hot items you pay $19.99 pp extra. We were told it was a new policy. Our room was very expensive for our two night stay and with the additional high parking fees, extra for breakfast, high taxes and fees and false advertisement for the pools I would not stay here again even though I’m a loyal Marriott member. They do not appreciate our loyalty. Book the Sheraton I hear it’s been redone. Read less

Treat yourself to the amazing view. Watch the sunrise from your room/bed. Amazing. Need to see it to believe it. Thank you to Randy (concierge) for local helpful tips, helping us to navigate around Niagra. Would love to revisit again!

had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at the Marriott Niagara Falls in February 2023, and it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I entered, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and ensured that my stay was special. The service was attentive, professional, and warm, adding a personal touch to the occasion. The highlight was without a doubt the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls directly from my room. Waking up to that magnificent panorama was simply magical—an unforgettable way to mark such a meaningful day. The room service was excellent as well, with prompt delivery and delicious options that made the experience even more enjoyable. This combination of outstanding hospitality, comfort, and an extraordinary view turned my birthday into a truly remarkable celebration. I wholeheartedly recommend the Marriott Niagara Falls for anyone seeking not just a stay, but an unforgettable memory. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Good location but otherwise just ok

Aug 14, 2025 Todd H Morgantown, West Virginia

Best thing about this hotel is location. Great view of the falls, and near the WeGo routes that make the sites accessible. We found the elevators to be quite efficient despite some other's complaints about them. Cleanliness was marginal. Check in procedure was chaotic, but not too bad. Off site parking was a good cost saver, and only 2 blocks away.
