We spent 4 nights at Embassy Suites Fallsview, a “Bucket List Trip” for my wife. Things didn’t start well. When we arrived to check in, Jena spent the first 5 minutes trying to sell us upgraded rooms at a substantial price increase from the price we booked. When I finally told her we weren’t going to spend more money and simply wanted the room we had booked, she made it clear that wasn’t going to happen. She went on to explain that since we had booked through Expedia and not directly through Embassy Suites, we would not get the room Expedia had showed when we booked. We really felt HUSTLED !!! Then came the problem of getting to and from our room. This hotel has (1) single elevator for 8 floors of rooms. The wait times were ridiculous !!!!!!!! Don’t make the mistake we made, book another hotel. Mark and Cathy San Clemente, CA Read less

Wow! What a view. Our king room had quite the falls view and am so glad we stayed here. The spa in the room, seats for viewing, relaxing falls sound, and comfortable bed made this a great way to celebrate our anniversary.we watched fireworks from our room at night, enjoyed watching all the people, falls, and relaxing at the spa.

The coffee maker in my room was the dirtiest I have ever seen. I requested a new coffee maker from the staff, but after waiting for over two hours, it still never showed up. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable! Lack of professionalism.

Would stay here again for the location and the great adjoining restaurant where we enjoyed a lovely meal. I feel they could improve by offering a drying service in the hotel. We visited during heavy rain and would have loved a laundry service for our wet clothes but sadly this was not available. Feel like they are missing a great opportunity to elevate service as I would have paid not to have to hairdryer my clothes and to not take them on to my next destination wet. Read less
