Best thing about this hotel is location. Great view of the falls, and near the WeGo routes that make the sites accessible. We found the elevators to be quite efficient despite some other's complaints about them. Cleanliness was marginal. Check in procedure was chaotic, but not too bad. Off site parking was a good cost saver, and only 2 blocks away.

The hotel is ok. Let’s face it, you don’t spend much time there. However this place is in need of a facelift. Rooms are fairly worn and grubby. We got a room looking at a car park rather than the falls so maybe they spend all their money upgrading the falls view rooms

We booked one night at this hotel to celebrate wife’s birthday; the two double beds room with view of the falls with breakfast for two. We paid $65 CAD for the valet parking; bit steep but the valet was prompt and courteous. The check in was quite smooth; as a Marriott Bonvoy member we were able to check in one hour early, which was a blessing after a 6 hours plus drive from Jersey. Our corner room situated on the 18th floor had a spectacular view of the falls and the room was immaculate. We had dinner at Morton’s Grille, which is located on mezzanine level of the hotel. The entrees were excellent and service was tentative; our hotel room had a much better view of the falls than what this restaurant had advertised. We enjoyed the fireworks and light shows in our room; the beds were quite comfortable. The next morning we had our buffet breakfast and it was fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay Even though it was bit more expensive than European hotels with the same rating. Read less

You cannot beat the location! All rooms have a view of the falls. Walking distance to nightlife, restaurants and the Falls. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and their breakfast buffet is quite bountiful! Great for families.

Multiple issues with this hotel, first issue was right away at checking in, they would not allow guests to use luggage carts they excuse was the hotel wasn’t insured for that, which falls under the same insurance they would have for amenities, your options are carry your stuff to your room or use the bellhop which they don’t tell you is a paid for service they bill It as valet service which is misleading as valet would be parking my car which I don’t want so I parked it myself, second issue was the indoor pool, it’s a 3 1/2 ft deep pool and it was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom clearly a lacking of maintenance l, 3rd issue we had two rooms my mother in laws room had a clogged toilet and she called maintenance which took over an hour to get someone to the room, when maintenance arrived they gave the plunger to my mother in law and had her plunge the toilet, shameful for a hotel that charged 400$ + a night, on top of they don’t offer a complimentary breakfast instead you can decide to add an additional 50$ per person charge for breakfast not like they are making prime rib for breakfast at that price. Our room was on the 22ndfloor and the AC had a hard time cooling the room below 74. We like it at around 70 when sleeping. Definitely not worth going during peak season as the inflated prices on tourists and locals should be a crime. Just a huge scam. Read less
