The standard rooms here are pretty compact, but if you’re just looking for somewhere to rest your head after a night out then you won’t be disappointed. Of course, if you want that bit more space to relax, you can opt for a Superior Room or even a Junior Suite (which is perfect for a group of friends to share together!). Start your evening in the Living Room where you’ll be greeted by happy hour, hearty food options and live TV’s – there’s always a reason to end up here. And then when it’s time to up the vibe, head downstairs to the basement. A basement that you wish you had at home, here you can grab a drink, boogie on the dancefloor, or even roll a game of skeeball (that could be interesting after happy hour ey!). Whilst the hotel has everything ready for the perfect party, you’re also within touching distance of many other eclectic bars and restaurants – so no two nights need to be the same. The hotel staff have some great insider knowledge that you can tap into – whatever kind of place you’re looking for. Come day time, you’re just a stroll away from BC place where you can catch the BC Lions or Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Or take a wander through the famous Stanley Park to get some fresh air after your night on the town.

Rooms were comfortable and tastefully designed, though on the smaller side. Staff were friendly and generally helpful, and service was reasonably prompt during our stay.
However, the hotel lacks a proper driveway for car or bus pick-up and drop-off, which makes arrival and departure inconvenient. Guests also need to carry luggage up a short flight of steps to reach the reception area, which can be challenging when travelling with heavier bags. The surrounding environment can also be a little noisy, so it may not be ideal for travellers looking for a quieter stay.
Overall, a decent option for location and comfort, but some design and access limitations affect the overall experience.

We had a great stay at the Belmont, our second experience with an MGallery brand.
The top floor had a great city view which was quiet especially at night. Housekeeping was very thorough and attentive. The one bedroom suite is also very aesthetic and comfortable, and the hotel had a distinct pleasant scent. Breakfast was consistent - while limited, it was great as we had fruits and healthy selection. Most importantly, the location was nearby many food choices (that were open until late) and walking distance to shopping areas, tourist locations, bus stops and metro.
Greatly appreciated the help from the team, from Sangay & Takaaki who helped fix the admin side of things before we arrived, and of course Hitesh who checked us in and helped sort out a problem we had right before check-out.
Highly recommended. Will definitely be staying here again.

Staff were outstanding. Front desk very welcoming and accomodating and I wish could give housekeeping better than 10/10 because the room and facility were spotless. It is a old hotel renovated in 2019 in a funky modern decor. It is getting a 4 because location can be a little on rough side in later eve. We were on 4th floor and noise was not a issue. There is a list of complimentary items listed in bathroom if you forgot anything. We were about 25 min walk from Stanley park but countless number of cafe's were just outside our door. For the price point we felt it was good value for the money. If you are expecting 5 star this is not for you but if you want clean, comfortable welcoming at a reasonable price you wont be disappointed. Location is very central. We were there for mini vacation and celebrate our dgt's birthday. My husband Rafael and I would stay there again. Thank you to all the staff for providing quality accomodations.
