The manager’s behaviour was rude, disrespectful and insensitive. She was not willing to accommodate any request and did not fulfil commitment. She didn't value the elite membership. We never expected such a response from Hyatt Regency Vancouver Team.

The rooms were great and loved the balcony we got with our room, amazing view with a table and chairs. The staff was beyond accommodating, requested a kettle and microwave for the room with no hassle and fulfilled our request for a later checkout.

We stayed here the night before getting on our cruise to Alaska. We chose this hotel for its proximity to both the Canada Line station and the cruise ship dock at Canada Place. It was also very handy for shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable, with no street noise, and a nice view of the little cathedral across the street. The only criticism I have is that the coffee shop in the lobby is a Starbucks. Read less

We prefer Hyatt hotels. This hotel in Vancouver has a great location, a couple of blocks from Canada Place if you are going on a cruise. Overall experience was good and connecting rooms was a plus. Customer service experience, however, wasn't as expected.

Beds were uncomfortable and service was subpar - no lunge access available - experience went down-hill over the years. Did not accommodate for a family of 5 in one room - no rollaway beds available. Decor was standard, not much improvement over the years.
