everything was amazing except they failed provide hearing impaired device for accessibility. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Vancouver visits easy to access all areas of downtown. great atmosphere with the Starbucks in the lobby and they hold your baggage before and after your stay if needed.

The hotel was acceptable with some new amenities, but the overall feel showed that some of its designs were outdated. Staff was friendly and courteous, very attentive to our needs. The location is very accessible to public transport and walking distance to tourist locations in the area. However, the dealbreaker for us was that the walls were quite thin and noise from the hallway and other rooms could be heard easily. This would otherwise not be a big issue, but there was a lot of noise on the last night of our stay, and 1 of the guests attempted to open our adjoining door at 11 pm. Subpar in almost every way. Not recommended. I'll never return. Breakfast was the best thing. Room seems 70 years old. Very close to dock within walking distance Nice view from a clean well run hotel that was swamped with 4 large cruise ships in port leaving the same day extra comfortable bed in a bigger than average room fast elevators good food in hotel restaurant staff was friendly and knowledgable

Great location! The room was very clean and modern. I had left a tip on the mantle, and to my surprise, it was still there when I returned. That speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity of the staff. I was very impressed! I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
