“Great Post Cruise Experience”

Walkable from the cruise port. We stayed one night and were very impressed with our accommodations! We arrived early after disembarking and our room was not ready. Guest services kindly held our luggage and they also gave us a map with highlights of the city that we could stop at and check out. We opted for the Capilano Suspension Bridge that also has a free shuttle that picks up/drops off from the hotel. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Everything was clean and we got a great night of sleep before flying out the next morning.

Stayed here for four nights ahead to cruise to Alaska leaving from Canada Place. Perfect location for the cruise, main shopping area, Stanley Park and Granville Island. Although the rooms are large and roomy they are rather dark and dull with a horrible camouflage carpet and a very large work table which for us was a waste of space. The bathroom is functional. Very disappointed that there are no amenities in the bathroom or room other than having to pay $4 each for the two cans of water in the fridge. For the amount we were paying I would have expected a complimentary breakfast.
The water stations are handy and having a Starbucks in the lobby is a bonus.
It’s ok but would look elsewhere next time.

Excellent place to stay with very friendly and hey staff. Great location to the downtown area of Vancouver. Highly recommend!
