I was scheduled to stay here September 22, 23, and 24, but had to check out 1 night early and they wouldn’t refund me. They said I needed 48hr notice. I hadn’t been in the country 48hr. I’ve been a loyal Marriott customer for a decade, and have never had any other hotel in their brand do this.

We stayed here while visiting BC. Great location in downtown. Relatively short walk to the waterfront. Great room. Small kitchen. Breakfast good. Small laundry on site. Small workout area. Helpful concierge.

Great location with spacious rooms that are immaculate. Appears to be extremely popular with families leaving/arriving on cruises so patience will be needed during busy check in/check out times. Staff professional & accomodating. Safe area.
