The hotel

This is a spectacular ski-in/ski-out, lodge-style property in a fabulous location, high on the Blackcomb Mountain. As well as comfortable, well-equipped suites, there is a superior health club, outdoor pool and two hot tubs carved right out of the mountain! This is a perfect location to enjoy all the activities and amenities of this world class resort.

Where is it

The hotel is located half a mile from the Upper Village shopping area and only steps away from the ski lifts. Easy access to complimentary village shuttle from front entrance of hotel. Transfer time from Vancouver Airport: 2 hours.

186 rooms on 6 floors. All with heating, balcony, living/dining area with gas fireplace, TV with pay-per-view films, complimentary WiFi access, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Studio Room, with 1 queen-size bed and 1 queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

1-Bedroom Suites have a separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

2-Bedroom Suites have 2 bathrooms, 2 separate bedrooms with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size sofa bed and either twin beds or double bunk bed, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Complimentary Continental breakfast. Outdoor heated swimming pool, health club, 2 hot tubs. 24-hour front desk. Ski valet*. Ski storage*. Guest laundry*. Self-parking approx CA$23 per night during winter/summer season (payable locally, subject to change).

An amazing day for me, the staff is so friendly and supportive, I checked in early and they gave me a beautiful suite. I love the Mountain View as well as the gondolas going up. The room was spacious and clean. Very much recommend. Thank you so much

Our deluxe suite was absolutely amazing, we loved how cozy the living room was with the fire and the window / patio door facing the forest. The kitchen had everything we needed and so did the bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the hot tubs and heated pool after a big day of skiing, and the location of the hotel ! Our deluxe suite was absolutely amazing, we loved how cozy the living room was with the fire and the window / patio door facing the forest. The kitchen had everything we needed and so did the bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the hot tubs and heated pool after a big day of skiing, and the location of the hotel ! So awesome to be able to come home and rest for lunch, parking our boards outside the room, instead of spending the big bucks on a mountain lunch in a crowded cafeteria! We came during QC / ONT spring break and although the hotel and the hill were busy, we did not feel like it was overcrowded. Sure the hot tubs are busy from 4-6 but people were respectful. Being on Blackcomb side definitely felt like an advantage as we know gondola lines at the whistler base can be insane. We also loved not having to deal with parking in the village and simply being able to walk everywhere we needed. Will definitely be back ! Read less

Great hotel for ski in and ski out. Large suites, big comfy beds and well looked after by excellent staff. Good facilities The shuttle to Whistler was brilliant and a highlight of our visit as the atmosphere on the bus was always a good craic. Even gave us presents when we left! Amazing..

Everything here is fine, but the internet is OUTSTANDINGLY bad. We were here for a week and my intention was to do some work remotely - it was impossible. I had several calls drop and couldn’t send emails. The front desk said they don’t have any other options for internet and that it is what it is. We’ve stayed all over the world, including in very small towns in teeny motels and on little islands in the middle of nowhere, and we don’t think we’ve ever experienced internet this awful before. My husband couldn’t even send gifs on imessage, lol. If you won’t be needing the internet, this place is totally fine, but if you need to do anything using the internet, this is not the place for you. Read less

It felt more like a home than just a hotel room. - **Great Facilities**: The hotel offered excellent amenities that made the stay both comfortable and convenient. - **Prime Location**: Being so close to the ski slopes was a major highlight, making it easy to access the mountain and enjoy winter activities. - **Good Housekeeping**: The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the suite clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. ### The Drawbacks: - **Toilet Issues**: Unfortunately, I encountered frequent toilet blockages (rm333), requiring me to call the maintenance team almost daily. While they were quick to respond, it was inconvenient to deal with this issue repeatedly. - **Kitchen Ventilation**: The range hood in the kitchen had poor ventilation, which made cooking a bit unpleasant at times. This could definitely use some improvement. ### Final Thoughts: Despite the minor inconveniences, my stay at Blackcomb Springs Suites by Clique was enjoyable overall. The spacious suite, excellent facilities, and proximity to the slopes made it a great choice for a ski holiday. However, the recurring toilet problem and kitchen ventilation issues were noticeable downsides that the hotel should address. Would I return? Yes, but I hope the management resolves these maintenance issues to make the experience even better for future guests. Read less
