Relaxing pool/whirlpool area nestled between the woods and the hotel. And incredible staff. At the front desk Arnav and Cony bent over backwards to assist us on planning and accommodating our parking needs. And housekeeping was phenomenal! There’s a shuttle-bus to take people to Whistler but the walk down the mountain was pleasant and fairly short. Only a couple of items - I hope they do reinstate a breakfast offering and parking is a bit tight (but here’s where the staff was very helpful). Read less

Such a great hotel for location and facilities. We stayed for 2 nights (2 adults, and 16 and 14 year old) The pool was perfect for the kids, could do with some more beds though, not enough for guests. Loved seeing the gondolas going by and the walk down the hill to the village was lovely (hard work on the way back up though!) but the shuttle was… Read more

Loved seeing the gondolas going by and the walk down the hill to the village was lovely (hard work on the way back up though!) but the shuttle was so handy, it stops outside the hotel and drops you right at the village. Very regular. The room was such a great size. It was a pull out bed in the front room for the kids but a pretty decent size. The main bed was sooooo comfortable! Car parking was fine, tight spaces though for me that doesn't like parking! I'd love to come back in the Winter now as I'm sure it's even more stunning! Read less

Showed up for my stay on Aug 22nd to check in and came to find out I booked it for a year August 2026 not 2025. The very nice gentleman at the front desk Vedant helped me get it all sorted out. They had 1 room left which he held for me so we didn't loose a room for the night. He also upgraded our room for no extra charge and allowed us to keep the same rate I paid for online despite it being a year in advance. He was so gracious, helpful and patient with me. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked, the fireplace was nice and the bathroom super clean. The beds were decently comfortable. We loved the pool, but it does get crowded at times. Wish the pool area was slightly bigger. But all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Oh and the free shuttle is a nice touch to get you to the village of whistler. Lots of shops and food choices only an 8 minute shuttle ride. Can't wait to come back and spend more time here. It is a very beautiful place! Read less

We stayed here for the first weekend of Crankworkx, and had a wonderful stay. We had booked a studio suite with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, but were upgraded to the one bedroom suite, so we were able to put the kids to bed separately  The apartment was close enough to the village ( and shuttle) that it was conveniently located.  The shuttle stops right outside the lodge, and brings you right to the village( we never used it though as we just drove in). The apartment was stocked with a lot of kitchen items - everything you need to cook your own meals. There was coffee, creamer, sugar , salt and pepper provided which was MUCH appreciated when our kids woke us up at 7am bright and early wanting to go to the pool haha. The only thing missing was tongs, and a pasta spork for the kitchen utensils. Otherwise, it had everything. The pool area is very lovely. It was very busy when we got there, so we couldn't find anywhere to sit, but we left our towels and robes on the hooks , and we hit the pool for a couple of hours . The kids had a blast.  The staff were all very friendly, and check in and check out were seamless. Bed was comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. 10/10 recommend. We would stay here again Read less

We arrived in town a bit early and got lucky with an early check-in. Teyla at the front desk was wonderful!! She was welcoming, friendly and made sure we knew where to find everything. She deserves a big shout out. The bed was so comfortable after a long day exploring the village, and our 1 bedroom suite was so spacious, and included everything you could want or need for a short or extended stay. The free shuttle to and from the village was easy and quick, and the peaceful setting was perfect. Our favourite surprise discovery was the ping pong table…a sure fire way to inject fun into any date. Will definitely book a stay here again. Read less
