Front desk was kind and helpful. The wifi doesn't connect efficiently if you are late to check in. Rooms have fridges, beds, effective lighting, a washroom with a shower and miscellaneous furnishings. Depending on your price, can provide the best of the best.
Great overall value.

Decent laundry facility- you can get detergent- provided in your room but you pay extra for it.
Pool and hot tub ok- overlooking the spaghetti factory outside eating area which is a bit strange.
Overall a decent stay.

Crystal Lodge Hotel is 5 star. They’ve thought of everything so you can just enjoy your stay. This is the first time in a long time I’ve stayed somewhere where I haven’t had to ask for a single thing! I look forward to staying there again.
