This perfectly-situated time-share rental is a great place to stay in Whistler - just off the Village Stroll area, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops; great walking trails. Really no need for a car once here, although parking (underground) is easy and good - and, of course, as with parking at any hotel these days, expensive. Our unit - 2319 was what we needed although areas of it were cramped - the bedroom - situated on an angle of the building was very small and hard to move around in with awful lighting that didn't allow use of the closed without I-phone light. Kitchenette was well-furnished and the living room area was comfortable. Balcony was minute but did have two chairs and we had a view of a mountain top over the trees that obscured our view of anything close to us. We made use of the washer/dryer wich we found to be a really useful feature after having traveled for a few days prior. Our only issue while there was the abundance of four-legged and often barking guests. We love dogs and have no problem with their being allowed in hotels where we stay but, as is the case wherever pets are found, owners have to be able to control their behavior so as not to cause undue aggravation to others (sort of like children!). Outdated, the fans in the room were so loud, the pillows are moist and the bathroom had dust in it. Food options were limited

Brilliant room/suite. Fully appointed suite with all cooking amenities. A mini apartment fully stocked for self-catering. Beautiful town with Olympic history. Easy to navigate the pedestrian precinct, safe and friendly. Grocery stores mixed in with ski shops and bars. Many restaurants and touristy gear.

Stayed one night as a Silver Elite member. The staff was friendly and I was able to check-in early to a one bedroom suite as booked. The main hotel room was small and dark, however the bedroom was bright. I requested a high floor, quiet room. Stayed one night as a Silver Elite member. The staff was friendly and I was able to check-in early to a one bedroom suite as booked. The main hotel room was small and dark, however the bedroom was bright. I requested a high floor, quiet room. We were put on the 3rd floor (rooms on 2-6) and we looked into the side of the restaurant building. (no view at all and why it was so dark) When I opened the door to the balcony the sound of the air con from the restaurant (I assume) was really loud, so the balcony was not really usable. The air con in the room was really loud as well, and I needed to turn it off to sleep. Kitchen was well equipped, however the online photos showed a Nespresso coffee maker, but we had an old drip machine in the room. Room was in need of an update and a more thorough cleaning. Only one elevator working, so at times there was a long queue to use it. The pool was lovely and private, surrounded by trees with 3 hot tubs. No late check-out available, but we were allowed to use the pool and parking until 2. Probably would choose another hotel next time I go to Whistler. Read less

We stayed here for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom family suite. The rooms were spacious, great facilities, and the hotel is centrally located. The staff were all lovely from the reception desk to housekeeping. A clothes-horse in the room would be the only improvement we would have asked for.
