Stayed one night as a Silver Elite member.

The staff was friendly and I was able to check-in early to a one bedroom suite as booked. The main hotel room was small and dark, however the bedroom was bright. I requested a high floor, quiet room. We were put on the 3rd floor (rooms on 2-6) and we looked into the side of the restaurant building. (no view at all and why it was so dark) When I opened the door to the balcony the sound of the air con from the restaurant (I assume) was really loud, so the balcony was not really usable. The air con in the room was really loud as well, and I needed to turn it off to sleep. Kitchen was well equipped, however the online photos showed a Nespresso coffee maker, but we had an old drip machine in the room. Room was in need of an update and a more thorough cleaning. Only one elevator working, so at times there was a long queue to use it. The pool was lovely and private, surrounded by trees with 3 hot tubs. No late check-out available, but we were allowed to use the pool and parking until 2. Probably would choose another hotel next time I go to Whistler.

We stayed here for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom family suite. The rooms were spacious, great facilities, and the hotel is centrally located. The staff were all lovely from the reception desk to housekeeping.
A clothes-horse in the room would be the only improvement we would have asked for.

Positives. Great location that's not in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the village. 2 bedroom suite was well equipped. Kitchen was great. Having laundry in room key.

Negatives. Not clean. Kitchen dishes in cupboard were dirty. I'm in building 1 and there is only one working elevator. The other is being upgraded and could take months. They could have made a plan B. Also the light for the 3rd floor is broken in the elevator so you never know if your button is pushed or not. Pool is dirty. Letting ppl eat and drink around the pool means potato chips in the pool. Just absolutely disgustingly dirty.
This isn't the cleaning staffs fault as much as the hotel guests leaving food in the hallway. I don't mean leaving them in bags but food like crackers and pasta strewn in the halls.
The grout in the showers were moldy. They need to figure this out.

Great hotel in a superb location

Superb central location.
Had a two bed suite. Huge amount of space. Comfortable beds. Good decor.
Functional bathrooms.
Hotel is a few minutes walk to everything in central Whistler.
Some street noise. Air conditioning system was also rather noisy.
Otherwise, a good choice for travelling as a family.
