Great hotel in a superb location

Superb central location.
Had a two bed suite. Huge amount of space. Comfortable beds. Good decor.
Functional bathrooms.
Hotel is a few minutes walk to everything in central Whistler.
Some street noise. Air conditioning system was also rather noisy.
Otherwise, a good choice for travelling as a family.
Highly recommend

I stayed here for one night for a Whistler event. I've stayed in many hotels in Whistler, but I think this was my first stay at the Delta.
I checked in via the app, so on arrival, my check-in was fairly smooth. Staff were very nice and helped familiarize me with the hotel amenities. I had booked a Studio, but they upgraded me to a suite. I'm not sure if it was because I'm an elite member, but it was greatly appreciated.
I like my room. Having just stayed at the Westin, the kitchen was more functional (with larger fridge/freezer), with TVs in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom had two doors so one could enter through the bedroom or living room, which gives flexible options depending who is staying. Bed was comfortable, and WiFi was good. Shortly after checking in, housekeeping dropped by to drop off a free tub of local dairy-free coconut milk/ice cream and some waffle cones. Certainly a nice little treat - but again - not sure if everyone got this or if was because of loyalty status. I also had a balcony overlooking the Village walk.
I didn't use any amenities here, but is well located in the Village with plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Having just stayed at the Westin, which was OK, I found I enjoyed my stay at the Delta much more. Friendlier staff. Got a room upgrade. Free ice cream. Less stuffy atmosphere. The little things count. If I come back to Whistler, I would probably pick the Delta over the Westin. Although I will note that there is the potential for more noise at the Delta during high season.

Room small but adequate. Staff helpful. Paid underground parking across from the hotel. Good location

Great location, easy walk to all of Whistler’s shops, restaurants and the Gondola.
Payable underground parking across from the hotel.
Our room was small with a view of a tin roof, apparently this was an upgrade. It had a kitchen unit in it, microwave.

Our room was small with a view of a tin roof, apparently this was an upgrade. It had a kitchen unit in it, microwave.
The hotel layout was a bit confusing, to get the lift to our room we had to use a corridor behind the onsite restaurant and had to avoid the staff carrying food, pushing trolleys etc.
We went in the outdoor pool/hot tub and this was appreciated.
We had a functional stay. The best thing is the location
