My experience at this property was phenomenal. Due to the fantastic actions of Mark, Grace and most of all....JARED! Jared had the long lost ability to practice empathy and provide some of the best customer service skills that I have ever, ever encountered in any of my long list of travels. The hotel itself was clean, cozy and centrally located to any and all things touristy including the superb pool and hot tub Kudos also go out to the F&B department for providing quality meals and drinks for all Hilton guests. Bottom line....A great place to stay at a good price with wonderful employees like Jared at your service make this THE place to stay in this awesome area of British Columbia. Read less

Our second time staying in the Glacier Suite here! As a gold member, I absolutely love and appreciate the daily food and beverage credits as it's super flexible and provides more freedom. (I have no desire to race down to the buffet for breakfast with a child and prefer room service). A huge thank you to the housekeeper, Satinderjit, as well. My… Read more

(I have no desire to race down to the buffet for breakfast with a child and prefer room service). A huge thank you to the housekeeper, Satinderjit, as well. My daughter was supposed to meet me at the pool after the changing room, but she wandered back to the room we'd already checked out of instead. I was searching everywhere and, upon arriving to our hallway, Satinderjit told me that she's crying in the room and gave us some privacy while I calmed her down. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation better! 😊 We will be back this fall to fully appreciate the hot tub and outdoor fireplace! Read less

Good location just a few minutes walk from our drop off point, we used Skylynx bus service from Vancouver. Good sized room with two Queen sized beds, complimentary robes and slippers (which were way too big on me), nice smelling toiletries. This hotel is in a perfect location, good views of mountains on all sides, some are better than others but all re impressive. Guest have use of my, sauna outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, one inside and one outside. It is only a short walk to the main village centre where there are a good selection of places to eat and shops. Shops are your typical gift shop type right up to high end designer type. Restaurants also include a range to sit everyone, quick on the go right up to some fine dining. Layout of the village is easy to navigate. There are village centre, upper village d village north. On the map it looks huge but it actually doesn’t take long to walk around them all. I visited in the summer and it was way hotter than I was expecting, I would be interested in visiting in the winter to see if the vibe changes. Chose to visit Whistler on a whim and pleased I did. This was our second of 8 hotels on our vacation. Quite a nice place to stay. Spaceous rooms. Calm but aircondition sounded like a jumbojet. Why not put king size, theres plenty of room for it.… Read more

Apparently that is normal in Canada as we experienced that on most hotels. Queen size beds were very small! 10 cm narrower than queen size on other hotels. Why not put king size, theres plenty of room for it. Light on bathroom dimmable at night which is clearly a plus. Nice surroundings. Clean and tidy. Very loud music in the restaurant even at breakfast! We were not the only ones annoyed by that! If you need music then please choose something else than Absolute Lets Dance 52 or Turn Up the Bass 46. Maybe something classical or soft and not so loud! Read less

Seriously the service at this hotel is non existent. Trying to do one load of laundry - 3 hours later I have fished my wet washing out of the tub (which wet everything then went into out of order mode grrrr - this after waiting an hour for it to do something). The staff at reception were no help blaming the contractors that provide and manage the laundry - said they would send maintenance up to me - you guessed it waited 1 hour - no-one came. Dragged my washing through hotel towels to try and get it dry enough for the dryer - this whole situation began at 8.30 pm - one load of washing mind and here I am just paid for two dryers and will probably have to put the clothes through again to get them dry. So far it’s 11.30 - probably get to bed by 1.30 if I’m lucky. So disappointed with Hilton Hotel Whistler. My star rating for service and equipment 1 and a 1/2 Still have dirty washing - payment $18 and will have to wash clothes at next stop.
