“Excellent Location and Outstanding Recognition for Elite Members”

This hotel has an excellent location. Exit through Door B, turn right, and you will find the Whistler Village Gondola just a short walk away. Door A is where vehicles stop directly in front of the main hotel entrance. Door B also leads to the pedestrian shopping village, and the bus station is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel consists of a North Tower and a South Tower. We stayed in the South Tower, where the room featured a fully equipped kitchen. Unlike the basic kitchenettes found in many hotels, this was a true residential-style kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, cookware, and kitchen utensils. It is rare to find a high-end hotel offering such a complete kitchen setup. What impressed me most was how sincerely the hotel recognized and valued Hilton Honors elite members. Even though our room was booked through a third-party travel platform, all elite benefits were fully honored. For two guests, we received a dining credit of CAD 24 per person, per day, which could be used at the hotel’s restaurant and food outlets. We also enjoyed complimentary Wi-Fi and late checkout, among other elite benefits. A special thank you goes to Rosalie at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. During check-in, she patiently explained all of our elite benefits in detail and made sure we understood how to make the most of them. Her outstanding service left a lasting impression and made us feel truly valued as Hilton Honors members. Many hotels recognize elite status, but few do so with such sincerity and consistency. If you are a Hilton Honors elite member, this hotel is one of the most elite-friendly properties I have experienced, and I would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the great service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable—we look forward to staying again.
