All rooms have private balconies with views over the Falmouth Harbour and the marinas, air-conditioning units, iron and ironing board, safe, complimentary WiFi access, and satellite TV. Hotel Rooms are room-only board basis and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Please note: Standard Hotel Rooms do not have self-catering or tea/coffee-making facilities. Great facility, great service, great location. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipment needed repair and they took care of it quickly. Convenient to the marina, beaches, English Harbor and plenty of wonderful dining establishments. We were in a room at the upper end of the facility - up a rather steep hill....nice view and quiet, but a bit slippery when wet walking down and sometimes a challenge when walking up (but they provided a golf cart ride up the hill when requested!). Will definitely stay there again - good value as well.

Lovely room overlooking the marina. Very clean and an excellent location.
Restaurants, bakery, shops all on the doorstep. Security on site, as a solo traveler I felt safe at all times.
