44 private wooden cottages. All with air-conditioning, private balcony complete with a hammock and Adirondack chairs, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar (re-stocked daily), outdoor shower, safe and four-poster king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. There are no televisions in any of the cottages. Standard View Cottages are located on the lower levels of the hillside and are the closest rooms to Reception and only a short distance from the restaurant, with partial pool and beach views.

All Inclusive includes: all meals, drinks (house wines, a wide range of international and Caribbean spirits, beers, and cocktail specials), taxes, and gratuities.

Multi-tiered, open-air restaurant serving à la carte breakfast, three-course lunch and dinners, international cuisine with a local twist. A fixed snacks menu is available daily at the Cockleshell beach bar or the Sunset Bar & BBQ Grill. Private beach dinners* can also be arranged.

“Wonderful Vacation”

We had the most wonderful week staying at COCOS hotel. We celebrated my wife’s 60th Birthday during our stay and the staff went out of their way to make it special. The food choices were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, some of the walks to the rooms and the beaches were sometimes challenging. The beaches and the swimming were one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere around the world. Definitely on our list to go back to COCOS Hotel. Thanks again to everyone who made our stay special.

Very happy with 2 weeks stay at Cocos Hotel. We stayed in premium cottage, it was very private with view of beach, room was serviced every day and kept clean. Restaurant was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.Resort is on a cliff, so walk to rooms is a good climb uphill, but maximum of 2 minutes, not such a hardship to stop you staying here. Resort had two beaches and both were quiet and a pleasant walk. Best beaches that I have visited. You could walk to Jolly Harbour. Overall I would recommend Cocos Hotel, we had an excellent 2 weeks here.

Coco Hotel is truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Kris went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, always available to assist with any questions or requests. His genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. Thanks to Kris and the amazing service, this will always be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommend!
