We had a fantastic experience at COCOS. The views and beaches were incredible. We took a boat ride around the island and COCOS definitely has the best beach. The staff was attentive and friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who can't walk up hills. We will be returning!

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Everything from the food and services to the beaches was amazing. Zero complaints and will definitely be back. Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice to talk with. This place is the definition of paradise.

We chose this resort for a change from the usual commercial resorts. The property and rustic cottage concept is wonderful. We chose this resort for a change from the usual commercial resorts. The property and rustic cottage concept is wonderful. But they seem to be mistaking rustic with just letting the cottages age without adequate maintenance. For example, we loved the outside shower concept. But the shower area had mold and possible rotting of wood. This would be absolutely unacceptable at the usual resorts. Why should it be acceptable at a rustic resort? The food and service was EXCELLENT at the main restaurant. I think the complete opposite for the beach bar and grill. We were told all Antigua beaches are public. So beware of non stop efforts by locals to come up to the resort guests and try to sell items and services. They are constantly yelling across the beach at each other. The beach chairs/mats do not appear to be cleaned on a regular basis. I just did not find the beach vibe to be relaxing due to the locals. It was like trying not to make eye contact all the time. The night time entertainment was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport private transfers were excellent. The crystal clear water and views are breathtaking taking. Major mosquito challenge. You would think addressing door gaps at the cottages would be a priority but that did not appear to be the case. Thank god for the mosquito net on the bed. We did see them fogging the property so it is being addressed. We are glad we tried something different. I just think this property has the bones to be phenomenal. It was interesting to me that ownership does not appear to be investing to keep it up and competitive. Read less

We stayed in the sunset view pool room and it was gorgeous with a stunning view. Every single staff all the way up to the manager were friendly and helpful. Nikisha (hoping I spelled her name right) down at the Jolly Beach bar was especially great with her knowledge of drinks. The sailing excursion was a blast. Spa was two thumbs up. Plenty of food and variety was great as well. We cannot wait to visit again in the future. Read less
