We did paddle boarding, went on the kayak both of which are included, then hired a jet ski, all easily available. The party boat KaiKokonut can be seen from the hotel, defiantly worth a trip, you can walk to the next bay where you can grab a transfer to the boat. A great afternoon out with some lovely cocktails. Jolly Harbour also within walking distance, some pretty impress villas along the way. We even managed an afternoon in Tipsy Turby bar, 10 minutes from the hotel and opened especially for my partner to watch the Leeds game. Private viewing and cold local beer, perfect. We also went to Shirley Heights, again great bbq food, only issue here was the hotel taxi leaves to go back to the hotel at 7pm, just as the party is starting, we would've liked to have stayed later. Dining experience at Cocos was heavenly, everything waitress service, a great selection of food (I'm pescatarian and never struggled) and some wonderful local delights on offer. The best "non-honeymoon honeymoon" we could've ever asked for. Read less

Anybody who can find something so minuscule to complain about here shouldn’t go on vacation, everything was better than expected, the food was delicious and wasn’t a bunch of fried crap, a great mix, the views from the rooms were amazing, the beaches incredible, and the people and staff here deserve the most praise

We stayed for about 17 days at this beautiful resort, and believe us, we would have loved to extend our stay if we could have. The last day was really difficult for us to leave. The entire resort staff had become like a family to us. The people working there are all wonderful and friendly, from the first to the last. Just to name a few, Maria and Kris at the reception, but the list would be really long. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews; they seem completely unfounded. Yet, we are a couple who has literally traveled the world. The food is delicious, the service is excellent. The two beaches of the hotel are outstanding, and the people from outside the hotel who try to sell excursions are not intrusive at all. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. We will definitely return to this amazing place Federico and Enrico Read less

My wife and I were referred to Coco's by my brother and his wife, and let me tell you , their recommendation did not disappoint. Upon arrival, you are greeted with an ice-cold towel to help cool you down on your walk up to reception. You will be given a Rum Punch in a shooter glass. The staff is warm and welcoming from arrival to check out. Our stay was in a Bay View Pool Cottage (upgraded on arrival somehow from a Sunset View Cottage), so that started our honeymoon off exciting to say the least. After being given the check-in briefing, which is very informative while still remaining personal, you will be taken by golf cart by the bellman to your cottage where they will unload your bags for you at your cottage. You will open the door to your cottage and be greeted with rustic beauty. Your bedroom will be air-conditioned. We recommend once getting settled into your room, going out to your balcony and just taking in the air and beauty that your deck as offer. FOOD: There is nothing short of a varying selection of food from the restaurant. The rotating menus really help stay away from a stagnant decision when it comes to meals. Breakfast offers a juice of the day and a smoothie as well, so make sure your read the black board for every meal, as they change daily and with each meal. Lunch is as light or filling as you want to make it. I do suggest trying the Sunset Grill on the south side of the property at least once. The jerk chicken wings, hot dog and burgers are all a great selection as their chips that come with it are freshly made. BEACHES: The beaches (though by law are public) on either side of the property are comfortable, intimate and never too far from the bar. Because they are public beaches, every day you will have vendors coming around trying to get you to buy excursions ranging from jet-ski rentals to cruises around the island on a catamaran. They are very understanding, but sometimes pushy if they haven't seen you before. ENTERTAINMENT: There is a board on the way up to check-in that lists all of the entertainment offered on a daily basis. Most of which is at night starting around 8pm, though there are a couple of day time activities offered on mondays and tuesdays. We opted to do the cooking class with Chef Fay. Every night we attended the nightly entertainment and were for the most part very happy with it. They keep it intimate and exciting all at the same time. You won't want to leave!
