In May 2026 we visited a beautiful Blue Waters resort for the fourth time. Needless to say, this is our favorite Antigua resort. We were a party/family of four, staying in a Cove building #3 on an all-inclusive package.
As usual, from the moment we landed in Antigua, the Blue Waters took care of us. From the beginning until the day we reluctantly departed, our experience at this beautiful boutique resort was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail of our stay reflected genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a heartfelt commitment to ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly memorable vacation.
What stands out is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every interaction, from the airport welcome to check-in and throughout our entire stay, is sincere, welcoming, and effortless. It is evident that exceptional guest service is part of the resort's culture, and every team member takes great pride in creating an outstanding experience.
All the staff, the management, reception, housekeeping, bartenders, activity center crew, the ground crews, literally EVERYBODY makes you feel at home. Friendly, welcoming, warm and always on hand to assist yet never too obtrusive. It is a culture of genuine hospitality that shines through and through.
Nicole, the Villas’ manager was our onsite “concierge” and she expertly took care of us, handled all our needs, dining reservations, activities, special event cake order with a pastry chef, and transportation arrangements. She was always checking on us just in case we may need something. Knowing that every detail was taken care of allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation without having to worry about planning or logistics. This personalized service made an already wonderful stay even more enjoyable. Our accommodations were perfect for the family vacation. We stayed in the penthouse which is spacious, immaculate, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable simply, spectacular. Thanks for the upgrade, Nicole. We will keep memories of this vacation in our hearts.
The management team was consistently visible, engaged, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Well-oiled machine.
Housekeeping did a remarkable job every day, ensuring that our room was spotless and inviting.
The property grounds are absolutely stunning. The grounds crew worked tirelessly to keep the property in immaculate, manicured condition. The ocean views and the sunsets are breathtaking.
The property is thoughtfully designed, featuring multiple beautiful pools conveniently located near the various accommodation buildings, allowing guests to enjoy both lively and quieter settings depending on their preference. The beaches are nice, peaceful, and well maintained. Whether relaxing by the sea, enjoying a swim in one of the pools, or simply taking in the tranquil surroundings, the entire resort provides the perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation. It offers a measured, peaceful pace that allows guests to disconnect from everyday life and fully embrace the beauty of the Caribbean.
The activity center staff are friendly, helpful, energetic, and always eager to help guests enjoy everything the resort has to offer.
A special thank you and recognition go to the outstanding individuals who made our vacation truly unforgettable. We have known some of them for years, from our first stay at this resort in 2016.
They are the bartenders, waitstaff, chefs and pastry chefs in restaurants, gift shop, housekeeping and management. Thank you all but especially: Nicole, Kevin, Shanique, Tremaine, Keya, Derah, Kina, Pearl (Campari orange with 3 drops of bitter 😊), Ezekiel & Deon (remember steel donkey, guys 😊), Gavi, Wendy. Each of these individuals (and a few more that we missed by name) demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality that made us feel welcomed and appreciated every single day.
We recommend this resort without hesitation.
Needless to say, we will be coming back to our home away from home again.
