The property is amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious. The views of the fountains at night were a wonderful experience. All the staff were helpful and accommodating as possible. The variety of activities availble from the pools to the restaurants was more than adequate. Great place.

Excellent resort with a plethora of activities for the family. We went for a weekend getaway and didn't even scratch the service of the kids activities. Don went above and beyond to help us with our luggage. Sweet man, personable, and social. Interacted with the kids and made sure we had everything that we needed. Resort staff has been wonderful so far. Can’t wait for rest of trip! Thank you, Don!

Just got back so want to give you my take on this resort- we went with our 9 year old grandson and adult kids and in laws of my son. First of all the resort is gorgeous- the landscaping is sooo pretty- the water beautiful. We rented cabanas for 2 days- one day we got a fruit platter and some water- the other day we saw no one- no one for service- you can order lunch in the cabanas but it is so hot - not very comfortable - better to eat elsewhere- the breakfast spot Regatta was amazing- so much to choose from. You can also eat there as a buffet too for dinner on weekends- just great- lunches are tricky- lots of food trucks if you want to do that by the beach- or a few places to eat- not many for lunch. The French spot Cafe Madeleine was really good for lunch- we did this twice- as adults- not with our grandson- We ate at Sugar- which is basically hamburgers etc- it was good- not great- and also ate at Carna- the steak house which was amazing- our best meal. We ate at Pizza Lab- more for kids- pizza was fine- it was fair- also not great. The food is very expensive all over- we stopped on the way into the resort and got snacks and drinks for our room which had a frig- this is a must if you have kids- there is ice cream and treats but expensive- also bring your sunscreen- to buy it there on the resort is sooo high in price. If you like to gamble the casino is great. There is a jazz club too- all very nice and fun. The rooms were very nice- we had a king bed and my son with the child had two queens- all nice. Maid service was great- and I have to say- all the wait staff etc who worked there at this resort were tops- just so very nice, polite and gracious. They were there to work and all work hard- you can tell- so tip your hardworking room attendant- The best of all was the water park- my grandson wanted to be there all day and we were- it was not crowded cause the kids up north etc are still in school- so he rode the slides easily. He had a blast and loved it. I heard there is an infinity pool you can go to with drinks and food included for a fee per day- we did not do this but it is worth checking into- drinks at this resort are very high- so be aware of that. Nothing is included drink wise and there are no packages that I found. Lots of extras- interactions with wildlife- we did do the flamingo walk- free- and saw the birds- also free- but anything else you pay for these encounters and also very expensive per person- this is not an all inclusive- wish they had food packages like Atlantis- or the like but they do not- so we had a great time- but be ready to pay a premium to go to this resort- glad we did it- it was very very fun- but all inclusive resorts are better in the long run. Checked in yesterday and what a let down. We have stayed at great Hyatt resorts in Maui and Kauai, great but this? Such a disappointment. Feels like Vegas. Check in was filled long lines, once we got to checking in, no welcome just business. Didn’t feel very welcoming. No helpful information. Was handed paper and that’s it. Asked again about daily activities, but was told to get on app. Went on app, not updated. The shower smells, the big shower head doesn’t work. Rooms are fine. Nothing great. I am waiting for what all the 5 star people see in their experiences. It’s not overwhelmingly beautiful yet. Maybe my mind will change but for now, do not recommend. Do yourself a favor and look at other resorts or other places. Read less
