1800 rooms including 230 suites and residences. All include a full or Juliet balcony, air-conditioning, TV, WiFi access, in-room tablet, coffee service, mini-bar*, safe and bath amenities. Standard Rooms feature contemporary Bahamian design and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Standard View Rooms with either ocean or show fountain views, 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Standard and Premium Suites have a separate living room and views of fountain/city or ocean. Suites have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.  

One, Two and Three Bedroom Suites have an ocean or fountain view, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Suites have 1 king-size bed in each room, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 4 adults or 6 adults.  

One and Two Bedroom Residences and Villas are available in The Reserve, with a dedicated check-in desk and butler service for 2 bedroom rooms. This resort is NOT what you are expecting. They charge 18% on top of a 10% VAT on everything. The water park is dirty with broken chairs. If you are not willing to pay $300 for an upgraded chair, you can expect to sit in a broken one. The staff is rude, especially at the casino. The valet guys expect a tip, and even demand one. This resort is way over priced for what you get. The restraunts charged us for things we did not order. Here is an example for 4 people to eat a hamburger at the swim up bar with only soft drinks, $260.00. Please do your homework before you go and expect to pay a 25% surcharge on everything you do. The resort is exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained. Although the food is somewhat expensive, the staff are highly accommodating and attentive to guests’ needs. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Tyesha at the front desk, who clearly understood a challenging situation and offered an excellent solution that fully met our needs.
