Amazing from start to finish! If you're considering staying at this resort, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. While some reviews may make you hesitate, our experience was truly wonderful.
This was our first family vacation as a family of seven, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. At check-in, Sameika greeted us with a warm smile and an amazing personality. She was incredibly helpful and kept the conversation flowing, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable.
Although our rooms weren't ready immediately, it worked out perfectly because we were ready for lunch. It gave us time to explore the resort and get familiar with the property.
We had lunch at Drift Restaurant, located next to one of the resort's several pools. Our waitress, Tameika, was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. About an hour later, our rooms were ready, and when we returned to the front desk, Sidney assisted us. He was another outstanding team member, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him.
Since we were traveling with a large family, we had two rooms. Both were spacious and comfortable. While the views weren't spectacular and the rooms could use a little extra attention in some areas, they were still very good overall and met our needs well.
We also rented a cabana, and Albert took excellent care of us by the pool. He was incredibly helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable. We also met Charon, who I believe is a supervisor. He was professional, courteous, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests had a great experience.
One thing we loved about this resort is the variety of activities available for both families and couples. There was always something to do. The food was very good throughout the property, but Café Madeleine was a standout for us especially we love a good, quick breakfast.
Overall, we had an amazing time. Yes, the resort can be a bit pricey, and the costs can add up, but in our opinion, it was absolutely worth it. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for providing exceptional customer service and helping create wonderful memories for my family and me. We look forward to returning!
