“Overpromised, Overbearing And Zero Class!”

Nov 03, 2026PupCrew2023

Easily one of the most frustrating resort stays I’ve experienced. The service was completely intrusive and rude. Our "Butler" went so far as to book reservations we never even requested and was unnecessarily pushy throughout our stay. Most of the staff lacked basic hospitality and professional standards. Honestly, the local cats had far more grace and manners than the people working here. Save your money and book somewhere that respects its guests! It's time to experience another resort other than Sandals!

“Review - from London to Bahamas”

Nov 02, 2026Fromteddington

Review We have been to Sandals for the first time and we used the all inclusive concept for the first time. The first day was not very pleasant, the manager on site was not very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of problems with our room. On the second day we met with Linniche (deputy manager) and she was very friendly and helped us almost every day with all our questions. We moved rooms and we were relocated in the East Bay, this was a very nice experience. Closely located to the beach and the reception. What we enjoyed about the resort: - friendly staff, everyone was really friendly and helpful (except the first manager we met on the first day) - direct boat to Sandals private island - all day eating and drinks opportunities - diverse food options - games options, pool, chess, pickleball courts, shuffle board - club room is very modern and neat - reception is open for hours - meeting other people (couples and staff) at the resorts, everyone is very friendly - modern gym - Komono Restaurant (Japanese) - good choices of breakfast (fresh eggs every day and fresh bread) Improvements: - pillows - pool area is dated (pool loungers) But overall we had a great experience, we were there for 8 days. We stayed in the resort for the majority of the time, there is a lot to do. We enjoyed all the active activities and evening shows. Fire show, live singers, Kenny (staff member/host) is very entertaining and funny. A special thanks to Linniche, Thoreon and Natasha for making our stay a great experience. Nicole & Lou from London.

“Sandals 4 night stay”

Nov 02, 2026Jennifer H

This was our first time staying at sandals and will be the last. Upon arrival, we were greeted and taken to club sandals section of the resort, the staff here was very friendly and seemed to want to cater to all the arriving guests. We were celebrating our delayed honeymoon/1 year anniversary, and were told that we were given a room upgrade which included butler service, which was very nice. Once room was ready around 3pm, we were brought to our room and very happy with it. Great view and very clean. Restaurant’s Butches and Kimonos were the best ones if able to get a reservation (able to book 1 prior to arrival on the app). Private island is very nice, we went on an overcast day and not there for long, wished we could have stayed for longer. Now here are the cons- water pressure in shower was not the best, scheduled maintenance affected half of the resort including gift shop, spa hours, and no hot water in room. Bed was not comfy. Room food service took very long and did not even come 1 morning. Room cleaning did not show up every day, had to request which we then only were offered clean towels. Long wait times for dinner. Staff acted as if they did not want to work. **DO NOT JETSKI from third party company off beach I never leave reviews but this not so great experience led me to. This is not a cheap resort. Next time we will be spending our money at a non- all inclusive resort where you get what you pay for.
