“Best Birthday Ever Thanks to Blue Monkey”

My only regret is not staying at the hotel during my stay in Barbados. I originally booked a day pass for the beach club but quickly was in awe by how beautiful the space was. I ended up staying the whole day from having breakfast and a later lunch, I can't recommend the service and beach club. The beach was so perfect and the food was delicious! The space and service is VERY luxe. The team was SO sweet and kind to me as a solo traveler, it made my birthday so special. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you so much

“Anniversary celebration”

Restaurant food and staff excellent.Valet and door man fantastic. Front of house staff attitude needs to be desired. After a wonderful dinner as we were leaving tried to take a picture of my wife in the front lounge area only for my wife to be told not allowed in the area next to the reception because it was reserved for hotel guests. What. No one there at the time and no sign. What a way to ruin our anniversary evening. As a couple we are tea total and had no desire to sit in the area. I just wanted a picture of my wife as we were leaving of what was otherwise a lovely evening which was ruined having the staff embarrassed my wife for absolutely no reason. Front of house need to be trained as to how to be courteous to guests.

What a great experience We were forced to visit the blue monkey hotel Due to being robbed at the the Royalton vessence Barbados. Boy oh Boy did the Blue Monkey mankey make up for the incident that happen to us. The facilities are immaculate all state of the art. The professionalism of the state was amazing . The manager on site Bryan was the best
