Outstanding all round. A boutique hotel with 40 rooms set in a lovely location with very friendly staff. We had a garden room on the ground floor so could walk straight out into the mature garden. If you get a garden room the ground floor is better as the patio is slightly larger then the balcony of the first floor rooms and the gardens are mature so privacy is not an issue. If you get a sea view room, go for the first floor as there is not a lot of privacy for the ground floor rooms / patios. Breakfast is excellent and a tasty complimentary afternoon tea is served at 4pm. Watersports is run by Bradley (a true gent); you get 1/2 hour complementary motor boat use (with driver) daily so you can go up and down the coast or water ski. Decent snorkelling off the beach, even saw turtles. Just wonderful all round - compliments to Joanna Roterberg and her team. Read less

Another return visit and just as good as we remembered. From the moment we arrived to the time we had to leave, we felt so welcome by the kindness of all of the staff. It feels like visiting friends. As usual the suite was incredible, clean and comfortable. It was so good that we barely left the hotel apart from to walk on the beach or take one of the complimentary boat trips. The food is still the best we have tried in the Caribbean, we went full board and they would quite happily feed you all day if you could manage it! We saw monkeys, turtles, hummingbirds and the gardens are beautiful and extremely well taken care of. The biggest asset of the hotel are the wonderful staff. I can’t remember all of their names, far too many for my memory, but a special mention to some that really stand out. Gregory runs around making sure that everyone is wanting for nothing all day. He must be the fittest man on the island! It was lovely to chat to Johanna the general manager. She made sure we were taken care of. Demanta is a superstar. She is the restaurant manager and although she is there seemingly all of the time, every morning she would look glamorous and give you a lovely welcome. Pearson at the bar is a lovely guy, very polite and attentive. And then there is Virgil! Worth the visit just to see him! He is funny, entertaining, he is SO on the ball, figuring out what everyone likes and wants. And he never stops cleaning the bar. Just watch him. He’ll be busy making cocktails, and the whole time he is wiping down, keeping the bar clean. My wife and I decided that it should be called Virgil’s’ bar, but I’m not sure they will change it! Overall, another fantastic stay. We look forward to our next visit. See you soon. Read less

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Cobblers Cove hotel and cannot wait to return! From the time we left the airport we felt incredibly cared for and only have good things to say. Booking the hotel was easy on their website- no issues and they emailed us directly asking us if we have any specific requirements/activities we were interested in. One was golf at Sandy Lane which they set up for my husband and transport to and from the airport and golf course. We were picked up in a comfortable blue lexus that fit all our suitcases and golf clubs and were greeted warmly by our driver Waldron. He gave us a down-low of the island and recommendations for local food spots that we truly appreciated. We were greeted at the hotel by Kimberly who was incredible and showed us around the entire property (which is gorgeous!) and answered all our questions and took note of all our requests. So much so that we extended our trip almost immediately upon checking in. Joanne the hotel manager made sure to check in with us throughout our stay and we also had a lovely chat at the cocktail hour with the hotel's owner Hugh! Matthew the bartender made us delicious drinks both on and off the menu. Hazel was lovely as was everyone else at the restaurant! We live in NYC and are used to great restaurant food and the meals at Cobblers cove and the nearby restaurants were delicious! I was having fish cutters for lunch everyday. Bradley at watersports was wonderful and set up whatever we wanted on each day. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we could think of. The interior design of the entire hotel was just beautiful! Live music every night was an absolute treat! Overall 10/10 experience at this gorgeous boutique oceanfront hotel. Thank you to everyone at Cobblers Cove for your warm hospitality and a wonderful holiday :) We will be back! Read less

It is a destination, but worthwhile and you won't want to leave. The property is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. We got a room on the ocean and the ground level so it was easy to get around. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and there was deck seating right outside our room and along the ocean. We loved the attention to detail of the property, in particular the china - this is not something I usually pay attention to! I always use a gym when at a property and most times I am disappointed. It thought this gym was in the top 25% I have been to, and the top 90% for a small property. Good equipment, good setting and cool. The restaurant was good, although the selection was limited. We came to relax and that is what we did! It is the kind of property you can sit all day and look at the ocean. When we were leaving we stopped at a restaurant near the airport and the view was great, but the ocean was not as clear and was a lot rougher. We are glad we chose the west side of the island! This hotel is a gem! The property is so charming with a very West Indies chic vibe. My suite was spacious and so nice and there was a lovely pool area with nice lounge chairs (despite not being “on” the beach). The staff was so friendly - the daily free boat ride was great and they set up a great hiking excursion for me and gave me great recs for exploring the island. During my stay I visited some of the other hotels I had considered for lunch / dinner and was very happy with my choice to stay at Cobbler’s Cove! It’s a bit north so I didn’t get to explore the south of the island but still saw a good bit. It’s also nice you can walk to a few places during the day (but not at night given the semi-existent sidewalks). Would definitely stay here again - a great place to disconnect for a few days!
