This small resort is split into two hotels and occupies 300 ft of south coast beachfront. It doesn't matter which hotel you stay in, as you are free to use the facilities at both. This means you can enjoy two swimming pools, an oceanfront restaurant and, of course, a selection of complimentary non-motorised water sports along the lovely white sand beach. Coral Mist and Blue Orchids Hotels have the added advantage of being only a 5-minute drive from the shops, bars and restaurants of the lively St Lawrence Gap.

Coral Mist: 32 rooms on 3 floors in 2 buildings with 1 lift. Blue Orchids: 31 rooms in 3 buildings, 1 with 2 floors, 1 with 3 floors, 1 with 4 floors and a lift. All studios with ocean views, balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi access*, clock radio, telephone, coffee-maker, kitchenette, shower, hairdryer and iron and board. Studio Rooms have twin beds or 1 king-size bed on request, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (with extra bed, on request).

“Another great stay at Coral Mist.”

Another great stay at Coral Mist. So glad that they are updating their rooms as they are a little tired now. Location is amazing tho and the rooms are always clean. Pool area clean and tidy and loved to cool off in the pool. The rooms have everything you need, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, TV and comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Balcony I had overlooked the beach which was lovely to sit out on and watch the waves. Supermarket and food court within 15mins walk and Tiki bar and champers next door. If you are looking for clean budget friendly accommodation right on the beach with shops bars and restaurants in walking distance, then this is the place to stay.

Disgusting unacceptable housekeeper Melissa didn’t clean it. Thanks to the lovely housekeeper who did our room yesterday Shaneé, she did a lovely job .

Another fabulous 2 week stay at Coral Mist. Already planning a return visit. Plus Points: 1. LOCATION. 2. Seaview - Every Room 3. Cleanliness of rooms, basic room but you spend very little time in it. 3. Staff as so lovely. 4. Near to fabulous Devchan Pub (great food/cheap drinks (turn right out of hotel and near traffic lights). 5. Pools great, not Massive, but cleaned every morning 6. Lovely walk along the beach, look out for turtles about 3/4 way down. 7. Nice people staying at the hotel. Negatives: Restaurant is dreadful, don’t bother using it. The staff are rude, the drink and food prices are day light robbery. It is such a shame, as it let’s the hotel down and it is not even there’s, need to consider a new franchise to March the It would have been a 5 star review if it was not for the restaurant.
