Ideally located on the south coast of Barbados, in the vibrant St. Lawrence Gap area, is the budget-friendly Time Out Hotel. Famed for its prime location you are steps away from the beautiful Dover Beach and next to Dover playing field - great if you fancy getting involved in a game of football with the locals, or joining in with any festivities during your holiday. Offering 76 rooms, you'll also find a bar, a restaurant, and a pool on the property, but what really impresses us is the friendly service and the genuine island warmth the minute you walk through the door.

76 rooms on 3 floors in 2 buildings, with no lifts. All rooms have air-conditioning, flat-screen cable TV, mini-fridge (not stocked), kettle, safe, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer (some amenities are on request). All rooms feature a shower only. Standard Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel, facing the courtyard and Dover Playing field, with either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds; sleeping maximum 2 adults. These rooms do not have a balcony.

Breakfast option: available at a supplement.

Rhum Stop Restaurant (rum-infused Bajan cuisine, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner). There are also many restaurant and bar options just outside of Time Out's front door for you to choose from including Greek, Chinese, Thai, Irish, Mexican, Spanish or International cuisine.

Swimming pool. Basketball*, volleyball* available at Dover playing field, and a range of water sports* are available on Dover Beach.

Resort Fees

A Tourism Fee will be charged per bedroom, per night and will be collected at check out. The rate is subject to change by the Government, and varies by hotel room. Fees currently range from 8.75 Barbadian dollar (approximately £3.90) to 35 Barbadian dollar (approximately £16.00) per bedroom, per night.

“Fabulous Time out”

Just finishing a two week stay at Time out Hotel and what a fantastic time we've had. A big thank you to Sabrina who looked after our room 215, cleaned perfectly every day. Reception staff are polite and helpful . Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel. Thank you

This is my third visit to Time Out and will not be my last. Its perfectly located for food, entertainment, bars, supermarket and within walking distance of the local bus route into Oistins, The Airport or Bridgetown. Always clean rooms, room 205 is great for a family of 5, 2 queen beds, and 1 single bed, along with TV, Fridge, towels and soap,

A gem of a hotel . Clean, friendly and comfortable with helpful staff and a happy atmosphere. A lovely pool and area, and across the road is Dover beach. It’s a great base for your stay in the Gap. We really liked the restaurant and the quality of the food is really good and their rum punches are highly competitive! Check these out as personally I think, the best ..😉!
