Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and very clean. Unfortunately there is building work on the hotel next door with drilling, Kan going, banging every day. which TUI failed to mention. Evening meals are limited to a choice of three, fish, meat or vegetarian and is repeated weekly. Lunch has more variety. There are no sun beds on the beach as there isn’t a beach only rocks, although there is a beach adjacent. The hotel advertises personal beach dining, how this is with no beach ! Hence the sun beds are crowded around the pool (more a pond). When we were there we were continually bothered with noisy kites that drove us mad with the incessant buzzing (similar to a loud drone). TUI also advertises dine around which you can go to other Marriot hotels for dinner of lunch, there was only one other available due to the others shut for refurbishment. Definitely not worth the value. Read less

Unexceptionable noise from the extensive renovation of the hotel next door only a few feet away. We only booked 3 weeks before we planned to go and were not told of the major works going on so close to the Treasure beach. Marriott deceived us in not informing us of the works which is carried out 6 days a week and involves jack hammers, electric saws, hammering and of course dust. The workers were undressing and dressing on the adjoining balconies and generally leering at the women, and maybe men on the sundeck, so we had no privacy at all. The noise could be heard in our bedroom which went on from 8am to 6pm every day except Sunday. I have tried to contact Marriott but they use a company called Resolver, who are now not answering my emails, so I will now post all of my photos and videos until they compensate us for our ruined holiday. The planned works at the adjoining hotel which also adjoins The House is planned until January 2026. Read less

My wife and I booked in for five nights all inclusive at the start of March. We had notified the hotel of our arrival time which was 11 AM and when we arrived our room was ready for us, this was unexpected but a nice surprise. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, helped with our bags and showed us around the room. Room - the room was excellent, really spacious and clean with lovely modern furniture. It was made up of two separate rooms, the main bedroom and a separate room with a two seater sofa that went out on to our ground floor patio. There were separate TVs in both rooms. The mini fridge was stocked with beers soft drinks which you could ask to be replaced. The aircon was good quality with separate units in the two rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, really big with really high-quality soft sheets and pillows, perfect for us. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a shower. The shower was big with very nice toiletries. The shower was so lovely it was like being at a spa. A nice touch was the automatic night lights behind the mirror and along the floor. There was plenty of storage space with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and side cabinets. Food - We found the food a bit hit and miss, when we arrived we were told it was buffet every day except Sunday and Wednesday, but then during the stay it seemed completely random. The all day menu was quite nice with decent variety and this was served as à la carte most lunchtimes. There was always a pre-order menu at breakfast plus a buffet. We had the à la carte menu on three of the five evenings and it was OK, but we didn’t think the buffet was that good. We had spent the previous 5 days eating around the island and the food was excellent wherever we went, so it was a little disappointing when an expensive hotel wasn’t as good quality. The drinks were also very weak. Given the history of rum on the island you think you’d be able to taste the rum in the cocktails. My wife doesn’t drink a lot but even she found the cocktails incredibly weak. The cocktails were very nice though, we just needed to ask for more rum. Staff and service -Again we found the staff and service a bit mixed. Housekeeping was excellent throughout, including the cleaning and the turndown service, the room was always immaculate. The restaurant and bar staff were a bit mixed depending on the individual, with some being very friendly and fun and others bordering on rude and clearly not wanting to be there. The communal areas in the hotel were quite nice if a little small, but they were always sun beds available somewhere at any time during the day around the pool or overlooking sea. The beach is directly accessible from the hotel via stairs and is a very nice beach. We took our own snorkeling equipment and used it every day with lots of sea life and tropical fish over the reef and rocks right outside the hotel. I think the experience at Treasure Beach would have been better if the sister hotels were open. When we were there all but Waves were closed for refurbishment, there was a water taxi back-and-forth to Waves, which finished around 3 PM so we could only visit for lunch, not dinner which was the weakest meal at Treasure Beach. If the others were open, it would have given us a bit more variety in space and restaurants in walkable distance. Overall we had a lovely time, enjoying the amazing sunsets that cast different patterns across the sky every night, enjoying the accommodation and swimming with the sea life. There’s definitely some room for improvement though given the price range for this hotel. Read less

Tracces , the manager is visible every day and takes the time to check all guests are satisfied with their stay and any issues addressed . A lot of money has been invested by Marriot with refurbishment . The staff make this hotel . Joan who runs the restaurant really stands out as leading her customer focused team in the busy restaurant . We hadn’t done AL before but the food was fabulous, well presented and we were never bored with the choices available . We were lucky to have the Pelican suite which is particularly lovely with great uninterrupted views out to sea and a plunge pool to cool down in. The evening entertainment was good and the bar area very sociable . We had a great experience . Thank you all at Treasure Beach ! Read less

Senior service needs a lot to be desired for. Training urgently needed!! My daughter was left in tears when a “Duty Manager” accosted her in this “hotel” to NOT paint. The “hotel” is a so-called Arts Hotel?! The people that need training are Linda, the restaurant manager and the “Duty Manager”. These 3 ladies need to sort themselves out.
