The welcome was open-hearted; every one of the staff reflected genuine human warmth and in-depth staff training; the restaurant fare was tasty and well presented; and the cleanliness of the private accommodation and public spaces was impeccable. Every interaction felt genuine, making the stay feel effortless and truly special. Every single person, amenity, and little touches made Grenada feel like my new home away from home!
I’ve been fortunate to experience several beautiful properties over the years, but there’s something about SS Beach House that lingers — the setting, the design, the way everything felt quietly intentional. It’s a place I’ll absolutely be returning to and have thought about every day since.
Beach House is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Portici Beach, and Grenada in general, is absolutely stunning and like a dream. Being there Monday-Friday felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The food and drinks at Azzurro were perfect, the convenience to access Silversands Grand Anse was excellent, and waking up to views of the horizon were priceless. Do not hesitate to book this property, no pictures online or reviews will ever do it the justice it deserves!

While the setting was spectacular, it was the incredible staff who made our stay truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome by Clarista, who checked in on us with a smile every day, to the amazing restaurant team—Meresa, Shirlisa, and Priscilla—who somehow knew our orders before we did. Shannon, the restaurant manager, kept everything running flawlessly and made us feel like old friends from day one.
Olivia at the front desk lit up every interaction, and Samantha was a true rockstar—booking us an island tour with Ethan (who was fabulous!) at 10 p.m. on a Saturday night, for the next morning, without missing a beat.
While we’re surely missing a few names, suffice it to say the entire staff was FABULOUS—kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel seen and cared for.
This is a place where luxury meets warmth, and where every moment feels personal. We can’t wait to come back.
