I stayed at the Six Senses for 4 nights and was not disappointed! The hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch. Here’s what I loved.. - Gorgeous and spacious rooms. All have their own private plunge pool and the free goodies in the mini bar and welcome snacks. And the views are incredible. - Daily activities. I loved having a set of activities to choose from during my stay. I did daily am workout classes and often was the only person signed up so basically felt like I got free personal training sessions (Sandeep is fabulous!). I also did kayaking and cycling which was really fun (again I was the only one who signed up) - Gym and spa. Got 2 massages that were fantastic and the spa area is really nice. - Incredible staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful! If I had any feedback, here’s what it would be (although not necessarily specific to the hotel). - The construction next door is real, but it didn’t bother me. I actually think once the Intercontinental is done it will be really nice to have another hotel next door with more people/ restaurant options. I think the beach will also clean up more when that is done. - There are 2 restaurants at the hotel, but after 4 days I got bored of the menus. More variety would have been nice. The sushi was great. Given the location, i didn’t leave the property at night (didn’t want to drive 30 min, pay $100 RT for what might have been so-so food). - In general, the hotel felt really quiet. Every night at dinner the restaurants felt 25-30% full max and the bar areas were empty. As a solo traveler it would have been nice to have had more of a bar scene to meet people (but Sherman and the other bartenders were so friendly!). Overall, great experience! I would go back… but I’d wait until the new hotel next door is open as I think that will help the area with more people and options. Read less

I really debated writing this review because I’m not someone who enjoys complaining, but I feel it’s important to be honest, especially for those considering spending a lot of money here. Please, please listen to the negative reviews. I spent a truly miserable 3 days at Six Senses La Sagesse. The only positive I can mention is the staff, they were kind and welcoming, and I appreciated their hospitality. That said, kindness doesn’t fix the experience. I asked for simple things like water and didn’t receive it. There were barely any activities, and the resort was eerily quiet, it felt like a ghost town. The "beach" is a major letdown—messy, uninviting, and not what you’d expect at a Caribbean luxury property. The location is extremely remote, and while you’d normally expect a 5-star resort to be self-contained and rich with amenities, I found myself desperate to leave and unable to. I felt stuck. Breakfast is not a true buffet, you have to order every hot item off a menu, the portions are tiny, and I left hungry every day. The food overall was poor quality and even gave me food poisoning. For the price point, the dining experience was absolutely unacceptable. I left the property feeling physically ill, mentally drained, and deeply disappointed. I was genuinely looking forward to this stay and expected a nourishing, luxurious experience. Instead, it felt like a beautiful prison with a wooden duck in the lobby and a sustainability narrative that means nothing if guests are uncomfortable, hungry, and unhappy. Read less

DANGER: DO NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS! My wife and I came to six senses Granada for our honeymoon. There is no beach, and there were only 5 rooms booked at the time we were there. The place was a creepy ghost town. One night we were the only people at dinner! The resort was clean and the staff were friendly, however if you are looking for a resort with actual people and a beach, this is not your place. They are currently building an Intercontinental monstrosity next door and there are bulldozers passing you by the pool. We were supposed to be there for 9 days and it was so disappointing, we left after 2. Getting a refund from management was a nightmare and they made us pay for a full day we were not there. I usually read these reviews and think they must be exaggerating, but I assure you I am not. Please, save your money, and go somewhere else. These positive reviews are all scams. Read less
