Great food and our butlers, Hector and Dorian probably the best I have had in years. Got us hooked up with everything we needed.

“Already planning the next trip!”

Jesse and AB helped make our first Ava experience amazing! Also grateful for tge buffet services we received from Francisco, the dinner services we received from Francisco Gomez, and assistant Francisco… and a fabulous service from Regina, who not only monitored the karaoke comings and goings…but also sang for us! Extra shout out to Lila at the checkout counter this morning… Might have the name wrong but she knows who she is… Thank you for helping us out as well! We look forward to coming back!

“AVA Cancún with Friends”

We enjoyed a fantastic week at AVA Cancun! The rooms are spacious. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed. The Mic karaoke bar! Food was delicious and our favorite restaurants were Chez Moi and Black Iron. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our stay was made even better because of our wonderful Butlers,Jessy and AB! Their attention to detail and meeting our every need, especially Jessy, ensured that we could relax and just enjoy our time. Many thanks to both of them. We will definitely request them as our Butlers on our next visit.!
