All Inclusive covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks across the resort’s food and drink outlets, including the à la carte restaurants, with reservations optional and walk-ins welcome. “One of our favorite stays”

One of the best family vacations we've had thanks to the incredible staff here, who made it a seamless experience from start to finish! You can truly feel that everyone at the hotel genuinely cares about each and every guest. We were always greeted with warmth and positivity in every interaction. There were a few times I was even simply adjusting the position of a pool umbrella, and as soon as I would touch the umbrella someone from the hotel would rush over to offer to help me. Little things like this truly made the week such a relaxing stay and I can't thank the team enough for going above and beyond!
Loved meeting Valademar and Alessa who introduced us to the fitness facilities and different classes that the hotel had to offer for the week. They helped tailor our itinerary and recommend classes they thought we'd enjoy the most. I loved taking Kristien Rees's Vinyasa Flow and Sound Bath -- such a perfect pairing of classes to start each day. I didn't realize how much I needed to take the time to pause and recenter, her classes were the best reset! Adrian also led a very fun Aqua Fit class at the pool, a perfect activity to do as a family.
Jorge and Joana at the beach bar made every beach day so fun! They went above and beyond, and we truly looked forward to seeing them each day. Ruben made some delicious drinks during our stay as well.
The resort itself is incredibly well maintained, very clean and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this stay. Thanks again to everyone who made our stay so lovely, we already can't wait to come back!

I had the absolute pleasure of spending a week at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe with my family, combining a little work with a lot of vacation! I was there through Fitness Vacation Exchange, teaching yoga, sound healing, and breathwork classes throughout the week, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made my family and me feel so welcomed and right at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The hospitality at this resort is truly something special!
A huge shoutout to Valademar and Alessa, who went above and beyond to make my experience absolutely amazing! They made everything so enjoyable and seamless, and I am already looking forward to coming back to teach again!
The amenities exceeded my expectations, the beach was absolutely gorgeous, and the food was incredible! If you’re visiting, I highly recommend the hibachi experience with Tony — such a fun and delicious experience! And be sure to stop by the Mexican restaurant and see Ruben for some drinks! You won’t be disappointed!
I also had the opportunity to participate in an Aqua Fit class with Adrian, and it was definitely one of the highlights of my week! His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to make fitness fun were fantastic!
What really makes this resort stand out is the people. Every single staff member we encountered made us feel like family. Whether I was teaching classes, enjoying time with my family, or relaxing on the beautiful beach, everything about this experience was wonderful.
Zero complaints and so many amazing memories! I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to share my passion for yoga, sound healing, and breathwork in such a beautiful setting while also enjoying an unforgettable vacation with my family.

“Honeymoon”

We can down for our Honeymoon and we had the most amazing time! Our favorite restaurant was the Asian Noriku and had so much fun at all the events put on by the resort. Jarlin was amazing and so helpful from our grand tour upon arriving to assisting us with everything in the middle. Thank you Jarlin and Hilton for a memorable honeymoon.
