Hidden away on Mexico’s Riviera Maya, the Conrad Tulum isn’t just a hotel - it’s a full-blown vibe. Think five-star barefoot luxury, where ancient Mayan energy meets modern indulgence. One minute you’re sipping cocktails in your private plunge pool, the next you’re off to explore sacred cenotes, jungle ruins and beachy boho bars. Set between lush jungle and turquoise sea, this eco-chic retreat brings zen by the bucketload. We're talking spacious suites with spa-like bathrooms, private terraces and hammocks made for lazy mornings. The spa? Unreal. Foodies, strap in. With 11 restaurants and bars, your tastebuds are going on a world tour - from Yucatán flavours to sushi with a sea breeze. And if you’re not sipping a smoky mezcal cocktail at the rooftop bar as the sun dips into the Caribbean? You’re doing it wrong. It’s ideal for couples, solo travellers and luxe-loving adventurers who want all the beach without the bland. Whether you’re chasing sunsets, snorkelling coral reefs, or just want an excuse to live in a kaftan, the Conrad Tulum brings the wow factor in spades.

Kids Club goes above and beyond expectations! My kids are 3 & 5 and wanted to go to the Kids Club everyday. Shamara, Ivette, Ruth, Rocio, Angie and Jose are great!! Cenotes in the morning and kids club in the afternoon can’t be beat.

This hotel ended up being a total failure! Not only was the food horrible but the service was spotty at best! When it came time to check out there were so many additional charges that didn’t pertain to our stay but they continued to dispute them! After several hours things were ironed out! We don’t drink so we had the alcohol removed from our room and they not only want to charge us once but twice for something we didn’t use! I guess adding four or five hundred dollars a night isn’t a big deal if you are paying more than a 1000 dollars a night for a small suite! Ridiculous, no real beach but the view was pretty spectacular! The only thing it has going for it!

Just got back from an unforgettable trip to Tulum, and while the ancient ruins and stunning beaches were incredible, a major highlight was definitely working with Rocio and Jose macrame dreamcatchers, you guys were great! Thank you for your patience.
Tania and Fani from Arbolea are wonderful!

We went to Autor on our first night and did the tasting menu which was great, I wish I could remember the name of our server as he was brilliant, so knowledgeable and we loved his storytelling with each dish. Gabriel at the bar was also great and took our preferences into account to make us some amazing cocktails!
Breakfast at Arbolea was probably my favourite part of our days at Conrad - the range of food on offer was unlike any Hilton breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. Mauricio was hilarious and attentive - we loved being served by him in the mornings.
Every single team member we met was so lovely - nothing was too much. An all round incredible experience that I will be talking about for years to come, before I can come back!! Thank you all! :)
