“Buffet Service”

This was our second stay at TRS Coral. We love the resort and will return again. The staff is always very friendly. Moises at Isla Blanca buffet and provided excellent service.

We booked this hotel for our wedding days expecting a standard of excellence, but it was a deep disappointment due to poor operational management and a complete lack of empathy. First, the night before our wedding, the staff flatly refused to add two people to our table at the Adelita restaurant so we could dine with my in-laws, who had traveled from Ireland and were visiting Mexico for the first time. The restaurant was practically empty, yet due to pure bureaucratic rigidity, my in-laws had to give up their own seats for us instead of us being able to share a family dinner together. Second, the Spa "lost" my bridal makeup and hair reservation, which had been confirmed since September. After making me cry from stress on my special day, they finally rushed to fit me in late. To make matters worse, the makeup used caused a severe allergic reaction on my face (red spots and inflammation), completely ignoring the fact that I had explicitly specified in writing that I have sensitive skin. When we filed a formal complaint, management tried to wash their hands of it by claiming it was an "external wedding" and conditioned their apology by offering a room upgrade for a future stay instead of a fair financial partial refund for the current damages. A hotel that boasts about standards associated with Forbes cannot provide such a deficient and rigid customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres – A Truly Exceptional Family Vacation! We recently spent seven wonderful days with our family at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, Mexico, and once again, we had an amazing experience! We have visited this luxurious resort several times, and what keeps bringing us back is not only the beautiful property but, most importantly, the outstanding service and the incredible people who make every vacation so special. A very special thank-you to Carlos and Jesús at Palladium Travel Club (PTC) for their excellent service, professionalism, and dedication to making our stay unforgettable. We would also like to recognize María and the entire PTC pool team, whose friendliness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Our appreciation goes to all the PTC staff and every team member throughout the resort. The service we receive as Palladium Travel Club members is truly exceptional, and we always feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. A special mention from our son goes to Diana at the Junior POP Kids Club! He had a wonderful time and especially wanted to recognize Diana for making his experience so enjoyable. It means so much to us as parents when our children are happy, entertained, and well cared for during our family vacation. We also want to recognize Mr. José Cuervo from the resort's transportation team. It is always a pleasure to see him! He is consistently ready to help, always welcoming, and happy to give us a ride in his golf cart wherever we need to go around the resort. His kindness and willingness to help truly make a difference. For us, the real luxury of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is not just the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities. It is the people who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make families feel comfortable and appreciated. Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and Palladium Travel Club continue to exceed our expectations! We highly recommend this resort, especially for families looking for outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and unforgettable vacation memories.
