“Beautiful resort”

We had a fantastic time! We had a privilege swim out room and it was worth every penny. We liked blue moon restaurant the best. Our butlers Felipe and Alberto were very attentive, although I think we are low maintenance! Jasson and Carlos at the privilege breakfast restaurant took excellent care of us! Beach wasn’t the best because of seaweed, but I think July is a bad time of the year for it. Only bad thing I will say about this resort is the gift shop / store was a rip off. My husband had some bites and we paid $32 for 7 Benadryl pills and $48 for itch cream! That is taking advantage of people in my opinion. Everything else was a dream and we hope to be back in the future!

“Wonderful Experience”

We spent two weeks in August at The H10/Ocean Allure resort in Cancun. We wanted to write this review to let everyone know how we felt about our stay at the resort and to mention some of the staff with whom we interacted. Let us start out by stating that the two full weeks we spent there were great – no other way to put it! We really can’t say enough about how wonderful the property, staff, food and drinks, rooms, amenities, cleanliness and courtesy we found there. It is impossible to go hungry there. The food was excellent and service was impeccable. Enjoyed the ice cream/crepe parlor as well as the little café with great muffins. And it was amazing how many drinks the bartenders seemed to know how to make perfectly. (There is also a very nice gym there too so that you can work off some of what you eat and drink. They also have tennis and pickleball and exercise classes.) While we attempted to get everyone’s name we couldn’t (an example is the bartender at the bowling alley and housekeeping/turndown staff). There were just so many people who were incredible. Below is a list of the staff whose names we did get and who made our stay special. Gym: Oscar Bowling: Alejandra Dr. Raul (although we never had need of his services we did meet and chat with him at breakfast a few times and he was always professional and very pleasant.) There is no doubt that we will be returning to this place. It was fun, relaxing and everything about it was amazing.

Our True Rating would be about 4.5 Stars. We have a rating scale that we use for “US” - so it may not match others opinions. We have done reviews on Trip Advisor before. This is our 8th Anniversary Trip. New Property. Not too Big-or too small. Great Staff!!! Most of the Food was Very Good! Property = 9/10 Beach = 9/10 View 5/10 (Did not get room requested after waiting until almost 2 hours after expected room time of 3pm.) Entertainment 8/10 Bars/Nightlife 8/10 Pools 9.5/10 Room 7/10 Listed below are some of the Staff that made our Trip Extra Special: Yuli- Check In Kevin at Priveledge Lounge Oscar!!! Swim Bar Edy (5*)@ Lobby Bar Francisco Lobby Bar Alejandro Lobby Bar Alexi all at Lobby Bar JAIME (5**) -Piano Bar - BEST DRINK WE HAVE EVER HAD!! Carlos at Priviledge restaurant. Salvador took care of us almost every day!!!! Theses are in No Particular Order- just all the staff that made it a Great Anniversary Trip. We also met some amazing fun and friendly people around the resort!! Value- 8/10 Cleanliness - 10/10 Noise Level = 8.5/10. 1 Private Event during 1 day was TOO LOUD!! Great Trip. 8 Resorts visited= Ocean Allure Ranks 3rd or 4th!!
