Resort Fees

I cannot understand any negative reviews associated with this resort . We went as a family of 7 and a baby and it was amazing! The grounds are fabulous, the staff are polite and extremely friendly and the rooms clean. The food was the best I have encountered on any all inclusive as far as quality. We will be back for sure!

We had a relaxing and wonderful time at the Fives Beach Hotel & Residences. The staff are friendly and very professional. In addition, the foods are extremely delicious! Remember to bring many $5.00 bill to tips them. They provide a great services. Definitely will come to this place for vacation again.

Stayed here on business for a few nights. What a resort! Beautiful property, excellent staff, great beach. Several pools, so that if the main one is too crowded for you, there are other options. The ocean has a nice little separated lagoon-style area, to keep away seaweed; the water temp this time of year was absolutely perfect. And they have a couple deer currently on property! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Lizzards is a very nice outdoor, health-minded food stop. And I liked Flavours a lot, as well (server Isaiah was really great). If you get a chance take a ride into the downtown Playa del Carmen area; it's only about a 20, 30-minute drive from the Fives Beach Hotel and worth seeing.
