I did have an experience I specifically want to mention: on our last night, one of us booked a dinner reservation for a small group to a restaurant at the resort. There were some misunderstandings with the reservation/ the room under the reservation and some other things.
Our group was accommodated to the Japanese restaurant instead and i’m so glad we were!! We were taken care of by ARMANDO and he took the best care of us! He was extremely attentive, super sweet and we never had to wonder where he was because he was already popping up with things we mentioned in passing that we enjoyed.
10000/10 just for Armando

We were celebrating my birthday, and Armando made sure it felt unforgettable. His warmth, attentiveness, and kindness truly stood out - he made me feel celebrated in the most thoughtful way. It was the perfect end to a beautiful trip, and honestly, one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.
Aside from that, the resort itself is stunning. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are modern and super comfortable, and every corner feels like paradise. We especially loved the variety of restaurants and the relaxing beach area. But it’s people like Armando who really elevate the experience and make it memorable.

Had a fantastic stay! This is honestly one of my new favorite resorts. Gadiel at the front desk was very accommodating and upgraded our room to the family side for a good price so we could also access the adults only amenities.
Our butler FRIDA went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great vacation. It was my birthday, and she surprised me by decorating my suite, giving us a bunch of free swag and giving us desserts two nights in a row. She also handled all the bookings for out restaurants and handled any questions that we had.
There was multiple activities that you could participate in and we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort for excursions. We enjoyed the pole dancing aerobics and cycling in the TRS pool with Guiermo. The CHIC cabaret show was fantastic and definitely worth checking out!There were four weddings on the property during the three nights that we stayed, but you honestly couldn’t tell because the service and attention never lacked.
If you’re looking for place to celebrate a special occasion I highly recommend booking your vacation here!

We added an extra night to our stay at 9am the day we were supposed to leave. Went to the front desk around 9:30am. Our reservations was not there, went back at 10am, reservation still not there. Went back around 11:30am, reservations still not there. Went back at 1-1:30 resevation still not there, manager told us he called his reservation side and they had us on their end, but for some reason they havent sent our reservation to the hoter directly, so theres nothing they could do until then. We left & Went downtown came back around 6:30pm our reservation was still not there, after going back and forth with the staff and manager. They gave us a so called ghost reservation/room. Meaning the put us in a room , hoping our reservation would show up sometime through out the night. But we were allowed access to the tv or hotel app to make reservations to the restaurants. Go to our showered real quick left to try and eat at a restaurant as a walk-in. We ate at the buffet and went to the water bar to drink our stress away. Go back to the room around 12am. Try going to bed & our bed sheets and pillows/plillow cases were all dirty and stained. We were going to call but since it was midnight and the long stressful day, we didnt call the feont desk. We slept in sweat pants and hoodie, to limit is from touching the disgusting bed. I do have pictures of the dirty sheets and bed. The amount of money they charge for a one night stay, the customer is horrible and the cleanliness is disgusting. We tried telling the person at the checkout dest, but only one person was working and there was a line up. So we were rushed and they also tried overcharging us. So were had to deal with that as well. Horrible experience
