Junior Suites Pool Access are located in the centre of the resort, with pool views, a hydro-massage bath, plus a combined living room with furnished terrace. Rooms have 1 king-size bed or two queen sizes, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Junior Suites Poolside Ocean View are located near the pool, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Family Section

172 suites, perfect for families of up to four. Each one comes with all the comforts, a hot tub, and a private terrace, some even with Jacuzzis or direct pool access.

Family Selection Loft Suites Jacuzzi Terrace Ocean View are two-story accommodations with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. We don’t really do all inclusive as we like the freedom to explore. Did this for a friend’s wedding. If you like all inclusive then it was great. Everything is laid on. It’s just not our thing

The food was really well seasoned and Esteban gave us a great show! The portions for the meats and vegetables were enough as well and the rice was really good! Also the service for the drinks was great all the servers were nice and the drinks were really good too!

We had an incredible family trip. And enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. The beach is so gorgeous, the water is warm and the service is exceptional. At the beach Dionisio was funny, engaging and attentive to our needs and brought round after round of drinks. Great service and great drinks. Thank you.
