Our stay in the Family Selection section of the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, valued, and completely spoiled.
We were especially well treated by Javier, the General Manager of Family Selection. His personal attention and warm hospitality made a huge difference—he truly treats guests like family and ensures every detail is perfect.
Our butlers, Cesar, Enrique and Adrian, were phenomenal. Always just a quick message away, they anticipated our needs, handled every request with ease, and added thoughtful touches that made our trip even more special.
Dining at The Nest was a highlight of every day. In the evenings, Capitaine Armando set the tone with a warm welcome and impeccable service. Miguel, the mixologist, created stunning cocktails that were as delicious as they were creative. Our wonderful servers—Mauricio, Dogoberto, and Lizbeth—were attentive, friendly, and made every meal feel like a celebration. Chef Elias De La Cruz prepared delicious food with a personal touch every time!
We also want to thank the Travel Club butlers Carlos and Jesus, who were always so attentive at the pool and beach. They made sure we were comfortable, refreshed, and never without a smile. The Travel Club reception also provided outstanding service, starting with their supervisor Luis, who greeted us warmly and ensured all our needs were met with efficiency and care. Arturo the driver is another person we truly appreciate, we got a lift every night at dinner and brought us special treats.
Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Joel kept our room immaculate and refreshed daily, always on time and with a smile. That level of care really stood out.
The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, clean pools, and a variety of activities for all ages. Whether we wanted to lounge by the water, explore the restaurants, or catch the evening entertainment, there was always something to enjoy.
But what makes this resort truly exceptional is the people. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so personally cared for, and by the end of our stay, it honestly felt like leaving friends and family behind.
If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive in Costa Mujeres that combines beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, and the most incredible staff, Family Selection at Grand Palladium should be at the top of your list. We can’t wait to return!
