We had a wondeful time. Food was excellent, service outstanding, resort was just amazing. Guadalupe Montes was such a wondeful poolside hostess! The restaurants at the golf course are a hidden gem. I rode bicycles daily and read by the pool and just relaxed.

We have stayed at Xcaret Mexico and other all inclusive resorts but I can say that for families with kids this is an absolute MUST. We live in Cancun and usually vacation nearby. The Momo teppan yaki at sunrise was an amazing experience, and Diego was an awesome, from the show to the interaction with my kids left us speechless. Thanks Diego and palace crew for this amazing experience. I wish we had more places like this at the riviera maya, I’m Mexican but have traveled quite a bit around the world and this has been delightful. Kudos to the moon palace team and keep it up! You guys make us proud of being Mexican!
