Resort Fees

Just returned from five days at this beautiful resort. It is exactly what we were looking for, quiet and relaxing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would order every item again. There were plenty of loungers around the main pool, which is large and refreshing. The biggest asset of this hotel is the people. Every single employee genuinely wanted you to be happy with your stay. One stand out for us was Jose, who took care of us by the pool every day. Even in the unbearable heat, he made sure we had everything we wanted. Another notable employee is Ricardo, the barista. He made the most delicious iced chai lattes and fresh iced tea for us every day. He had the most welcoming smile and personality. One thing to note, there is a lot of wildlife here. Families of coati, more iguanas than I’ve ever seen and even a pretty large snake. They didn’t bother us at all but some may not enjoy them. We are already planning our next trip. Can’t wait to come back.
