BlueBay Grand Esmeralda - All Inclusive

Playa del Carmen, Cancun

3.5 stars

BlueBay Grand Esmeralda brings beach days and plenty of choice to Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Set among jungle and mangroves in Playa del Carmen, this All Inclusive resort gives couples and families room to find their own holiday rhythm. Start with a swim, make time for tennis or settle into a slower afternoon at the spa. Younger guests have a kids’ club, while the evening show gives everyone something to look forward to. Dinner could take you from Mexican flavours at Don Isi to Italian favourites at Di Rossi or French cooking at L’Atelier. There’s coffee for an afternoon pause and Black & White Sports Bar when you fancy keeping the evening going. With rooms combining contemporary design and Mayan touches, there’s a little local character to come back to, too.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Kids Club Experience at Blue Bay Resort!”

Oct 21, 2026Phil B

The Kids Club at Blue Bay Resort was one of the highlights of our family vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional, making our children feel welcome and safe from the very first day. There was a great variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, sports, and fun educational programs that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. The facilities were clean, colorful, and well-maintained, creating a fun environment where children could make new friends and enjoy themselves. We especially appreciated how the staff engaged with each child individually and ensured everyone was included in the activities. Knowing our kids were having such a great time allowed us to relax and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Our children couldn't stop talking about their experiences and were excited to return every day. We highly recommend the Blue Bay Resort Kids Club to families looking for a memorable and stress-free vacation experience! PS. My kids couldnt stop raving about Pamela and Eli at the Kids Club . They are great assets to BlueBay
