“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay with Outstanding Staff and Entertainment!”

Oct 28, 2026Mica R

We had a wonderful experience at the resort! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff and the positive energy throughout the resort. A special thank you to the entertainment team, especially Monica, Gio, Jesús, and Alex! They were so kind, fun, and engaging, and they really made our experience memorable. Their enthusiasm and warmth made us feel welcome and added so much to our stay. I also want to recognize all the other wonderful employees, including the staff at the buffet, restaurants, and throughout the resort. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to make sure we had a great experience. Their hard work and genuine hospitality really made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and welcoming vacation! Five stars all around. Thank you for such a memorable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“A Memorable Culinary and Wellness Escape!”

An exceptional stay from start to finish! Our October 18–25 getaway at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort reminded us why we love the Hilton brand. They never disappoint when it comes to their trademark cozy bedding, premium nightly entertainment, and a cruise-ship-level lineup of gym and pool activities. A major highlight for me was the morning fitness program. We enjoyed daily morning yoga right at the outdoor stage by the beach, which easily transitioned to the indoor fitness center on rainy days. We were incredibly fortunate to practice with Mika Rodriguez from Ora Sanctuary based in Ohio. Having a high-level yoga instructor who is also certified in Physical Therapy from Argentina made a massive difference—the instruction was truly elite. The dining program at this resort is spectacular, but Noriku was the ultimate standout. We loved it so much we went twice! Our fantastic waiter, Alex, provided us with a memorable, top-tier foodie experience. The soft-shell crab, dragon roll sushi, Vietnamese salad, and Poke salad were absolutely deliciously authentic and worth every single calorie of the trip. Beyond Asian cuisine, we highly recommend La Luce for incredible Italian dishes and Auma steakhouse. The manager at Auma, David, is remarkably attentive to detail and runs a very high-level team that makes you feel valued. Fortunately, the Hilton provides ongoing gym and wellness activities to help decrease the guilt of indulging! Above all, what makes this resort so magical is the soul of the destination. The local Mayan staff and the people of Tulum are genuinely the warmest people, always greeting you with a smile straight from the heart. During our 5 days stay, we can tell if the staff is Mayan and local people of Tulum . They are memorable for their diligence with their work and providing service from their hearts :Maria , Barista at Azulinda Marinella and Eric at Lobby Bar , Alberto and The attentive Manager at Vela Norte and Daniella , host at Vela Sur and all the staff at the Churroreria -Churros, fruit shake and Ice cream by the beach with wonderful service. Lastly, but not the least was the first impression team who welcomed us ! Nadia at registration was our first point of contact and she distinctly set the tone of WOW experience for us ! Nadia made all the time effort to ensure that we obtain a room that accommodated my spouse accessibility needs .She even took the time to transition us to Concierge with Abigail , who seamlessly scheduled our preferred restaurants at our preferred time. We cannot wait to return! Hasta Pronto !

“Great people, experience a bit expensive for what you get.”

Rooms were great, staff was great, food was very good. Despite their strong and continued efforts, bad smell from the seaweed. Multiple areas of the resort unusable due to construction, despite the fact that the resort is only a few years old. With all of the above, did not thing it was worth the cost.
