“Another Amazing Trip August 13th through August 21st”

TRS Yucatan – Our Home Away from Home Returning to TRS Yucatan for our 14th visit is something we look forward to every year. There is simply no place like it! From the beautiful resort and exceptional service to the incredible staff who have become like family, every visit is more special than the last. One of the greatest things about TRS Yucatan is the people. We are always welcomed with genuine smiles, warm hugs, and the feeling that we are coming home. The staff remember us, know our preferences, and go above and beyond to make every moment perfect. A special thank-you to our wonderful Helios Restaurant team: Alaine, Manuel, Edwin, Omar Daniel, and Caesar. Your kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service make every meal memorable. Our hostesses, Miriam and Ashley, always greet us with such warmth, and managers Rodrigo and Daniel do an outstanding job ensuring everything runs smoothly. We also want to recognize chefs Roberto and Sabino for the delicious food and Roberto, our bartender, for always making us feel welcome. The pool staff deserve a huge thank-you as well! Miguel our pool bartender, and Luigi and Enrique, our pool butlers, make relaxing by the pool an absolute pleasure. Romeo, our cart driver, always gets us where we need to go with a smile. We met him on our first trip to TRS and look forward to seeing him each trip. Manuel, our nighttime waiter at Helios, continues to provide wonderful service, and Javier at Churchill's is always a pleasure to see. A special shout-out to Maggie and Raol our Villa 67 butlers, who take such great care of us. Naomi, our TRS Lobby butler, is another wonderful part of our TRS family. We made a very special friend the first time that we visited TRS. Alain from Helios. We have kept up with him and his family and look forward to seeing him twice a year. This visit we got a wonderful surprise. His lovely wife made us a Mayan hammock. It is beautiful and a gift that we will always treasure. And to our old friend Francisco, who is a butler, thank you for always making us feel so welcome. It is friendships like these that make TRS Yucatan truly unforgettable. We also love seeing Adeline from Chic, another dear old friend who always makes us smile. We always look forward to seeing Elvia at Tentiazone. She came out of the kitchen to visit and brought us a wonderful appetizer.

“A/C is pretty Weak!”

everything was good. food, drinks, service and entertainment. they are all great. but The A/C is too weak for a 5 star hotel in cancun. i would understand if they are a 3 star hotel. but they are 5 star and comfortability should be one of their strongest points.
