Stefano was the best! He was very helpful and by far the best concierge we have ever had! He was for informative. Cannot say that about the rest of our experience. The food was not very good and very pushy staff to upgrade and not very transparent!

Nice resort with plenty of restaurants, good food, pools, and entertainment. The AC was good in our room and the advice was to make sure the fan was on high and to check regularly. We were in a junior suite and our only complaint was that the bathroom and shower were not very private. The doors were frosted and there was no solid door for the bathroom. We used hair clips to close the drapes tightly to keep the outdoor balcony light out of the room at night. The hard rock hotel next door has loud music so bring ear plugs. Go down early to reserve your lounge chairs. We went at 8 and marked our chairs while we had breakfast. Then we spent the day by the pool. There are 3 pools for all guests and 1 pool for preferred guests on the 12th floor. Bring your Yeti to keep drinks cool by the pool and lots of sunscreen. Try all the restaurants and desserts. They are great. The 2 restaurants on the 12th floor require men to wear pants and they are a little warmer. The restaurants on the lobby level are cooler. There are no reservations. We went at 6 when they opened each evening and got right in. There is different entertainment each evening. More like a show or live music. I would have liked a place to dance each evening earlier than the DJ close to midnight. Overall it was another fun resort in Cancun. Read less

Went on the weekend for our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. I was told we would receive a Happy Anniversary banner and Happy Birthday banners for our door but we didn’t receive either. They sent us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary a day late and a slice of birthday cake a day early. While appreciated, it would’ve been better to receive them on the actual days. The curtains wouldn’t fully close because one of the rods was disconnected from the curtain. I altered the front desk and they said they would send someone in an hour but nobody came. We didn’t want to eat lunch outdoors because of the heat so we looked for indoor options but there aren’t very many. We weren’t interested in the sports bar so we went to the Sea Salt Grill. The food was very good but it was a little humid. The air conditioning could use some improvement. The Market Cafe is generally very good but on Monday one of the pieces of chicken my wife had was undercooked. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant and steakhouse. The food was good but it was too warm in both places. They both could use better air conditioning. Drink service is good and friendly but I was surprised I couldn’t get a banana daiquiri. I thought they were in season all year round but I could be wrong. Overall we had an okay time. Aside from the chicken, the minor inconveniences didn’t ruin the trip but this resort wouldn’t be my first choice to come back to. Read less

Check-in process was very smooth. Service staff and waiters/waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. Top notch food in every specialty restaurant. Room was clean and bed made twice daily.

We had such a great time visiting the Vine for my daughter's Graduation Trip and symbolic wedding ceremony. From the moment we entered the building we were greeted and taken to our floor to check in. There were hot towels, food and drinks waiting for us. Our concierge gave us a tour our daughters' room and then our room,. Every request we made, Oscar exceeded our expectations. Our ceremony was beautiful and the minister made it feel so intimate. We had an opportunity to pour sand to represent our unity. I can't say enough how beautiful it was. When we returned to our room there were rose pedals, chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine waiting for us. We plan to go back next year to celebrate our anniversary. Read less
