Resort Fees

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4.25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

We had a truly wonderful time staying at Sunscape Cancun with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome — everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. We stayed in a Master King Suite on the 6th floor, and the room exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, clean, and bright, which made our stay especially comfortable as a family. The food throughout the resort was quite good and suited our taste very well. We especially loved the Mexican restaurant, Casa de Rosa — delicious food and excellent service. A special thank you to Josue for taking such great care of us. We also really enjoyed the Italian restaurant, Viaggio. The atmosphere and food were lovely, and Filiberto provided outstanding service. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation and truly appreciated the hospitality of the entire team. We would happily recommend this resort to families and would love to return in the future.
