We have just returned from an amazing stay at Sunscape Cancun, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The resort, the food, the location, the atmosphere and, most importantly, the incredible staff all made our stay so special.
A huge special mention has to go to Moises and Paulina around the pool. They were absolutely fantastic! They were so friendly, fun and attentive, constantly making sure everyone was having a great time. They brought such an amazing energy to the pool area and genuinely made our days even more enjoyable. They made us feel so welcome and were always smiling, chatting and getting everyone involved.
Patrick at the bar also deserves a massive shout-out! 🍹 He was always incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, and his service was fantastic. He always greeted us with a smile and made every visit to the bar such a pleasure. Staff like Patrick really do make a holiday extra special.
And we cannot forget the incredible entertainment team — Christian, Luis, Drake, Miguel, Gilbert and Damian! 🎉 What an amazing group of people. They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and evening and created such a fun, lively atmosphere around the resort. They were energetic, friendly, approachable and genuinely made the holiday more enjoyable. Whether it was around the pool, activities during the day or the evening entertainment, they really knew how to get everyone involved and having fun.
The food was another huge highlight of our stay! 🍽️ We were genuinely impressed by the choice and quality. Having three different restaurants meant there was always something different to enjoy, and the variety was fantastic. The different themed buffet nights were such a great touch too — it kept dinner exciting and gave us something different to look forward to each evening. There was so much choice, and we certainly never went hungry!
And then there are the views! 🌊💙 Waking up and looking out towards the incredible Caribbean Sea was absolutely breathtaking. The location is beautiful, and sitting by the pool looking out over that stunning blue water really made it feel like paradise.
What stood out most to us, though, was how welcoming the staff were. Everyone we encountered was friendly and made such an effort to ensure guests were having a fantastic time. It is clear that the team works incredibly hard, and they deserve so much recognition for the experience they create for their guests.
Moises, Paulina, Patrick, Christian, Luis, Drake, Miguel and Damian — THANK YOU! ❤️ You all played such a huge part in making our holiday so memorable. You are a real credit to Sunscape Cancun, and we sincerely hope management recognises just how fantastic you all are.
Sunscape Cancun gave us everything we could have wanted from a holiday — beautiful Caribbean views, amazing food, fantastic entertainment, a great atmosphere and, most importantly, wonderful people.
We have come home with some amazing memories and would absolutely love to return. 🇲🇽🌴☀️🌊
