Resort Fees

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4.25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

We had the best service down on the beach in our cabana. Paulina was very attentive and friendly. She was continuously checking on us and making sure we were good at all times while we were here.

Been at this resort for 4 days and finally ate at The Sunset Grill. By far the best restaurant here.Some other reviews say that Viaggio is the best one here, it’s definitely not. Now that’s not to say the food at The Sunset Grill was SPECTACULAR by any means. The food was okay. I got the ribeye and I would probably compare it to getting a steak at any casual chain restaurant, or a wedding. Potatoes were good, but all you have to do is cook them right and add sour cream haha. We had Orlando as our waiter and was very nice and accommodating. Food came out at a reasonable time but like I said, it was all aight.
