Resort Fees

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. 5 out 5! A wonderful resort to stay whether your a couple or family vacation! Very close to everything and friendly staff, Antonio was very helpful. Would def come back for another stay!

Faustino was amazing!! He was very attentive and always refilled our drinks without needing to wave him down. He asked why we were in town and we told him we were celebrating our friend graduating nursing school. He then surprised our table with a special dessert congratulating her accomplishment. It made the dinner extra special and we are so appreciative of him and his service!!

Ate at Azul. Food was amazing. I’m here for a graduation trip and told Faustino. He went above and beyond and was so so kind. The food was also amazing. Best resort food. Overall amazing experience.
